[00:46] We got, I got sidetracked and talking about. I’m really as a business principle that you should make sure that, um, you get a, bring a sense of peace and understanding to yourself by really nailing down what it is that you do, the more of a master you get to be at what it is that you’re going to try to accomplish and do in your life, the better that you will be at it. And the better you are at it, the easier it is for you to understand what it is you need to do. This removes the stress out of your life. Once you can master what it is you’re going to do, give the example of, um, you know, you could just go to church every Sunday, may have gone to church for 20 years and have never really been worried that much about going into Sunday morning service and there was no big anxiety about it and say, after 20 years ago into a particular target service, one evening, the Saturday night before, now you get called and said, look, um, you have, we now are going to require you to tomorrow morning to do the entire service yourself. carpet cleaning Tulsa
[01:39] You’re going to have to do this praise and worship, you have to do the songs and we need to do also preach the sermon, and so I will probably guarantee you that most of you probably will immediately start a fast. You probably won’t be able to eat until, because you’re now really worried and stressed out about something you’ve never had to do before. Um, uh, some of you may actually bring back the food you’ve already done as a, as, as a, a, a reaction to the increased stress. You probably won’t sleep at all at night. Some of you may not be able to sleep. Some of you may just be wide awake studying and prepping prepper and trying to say, what do I need to do for this? But if you took a, a seasoned speaker, another pastor from another church and said, hey, I know you’re doing every Sunday.
[02:15] You’re doing your sermons. You have a Saturday night sermon, but would you mind coming in the next Sunday and filling in for our pastor? He’s out of town. He’d be like, sure. He acted. Maybe you haven’t had a sense of excitement about it because he’s going to get to preach to a new congregation he hasn’t seen before. Um, you had a sense of dread and a sense of worry because you weren’t sure what you were going to do, but he knows what he’s going to do. He’s got it locked down already. And so he would be excited because you get an opportunity to help somebody else out. And so really you need to make sure that you work hard enough and well enough at what you’re going to do so that you can master it to where you don’t have those stress points anymore. Um, but, uh, we can go back to just what it is that we can do to bring you that sense of joy, that sense of peace in what you’re doing each and every day.
[03:31] And part of that comes from knowing that you can trust somebody and we have to earn that trust. We don’t expect you to give us that trust. That is trust that you get because you’ve used us for a long time. We’ve got customers who’ve used us for decades who have the son, the daughter has used as the father and the mother had used us and the whole family, aunts and uncles. You know, we’ve got a long standing relationship with a lot of different families and areas and people in the Tulsa surrounding communities. And the one thing that we can do that, that we can remove one of those stress points for you, use us a couple of times. You can get to know what our processes, but our goal, our aim is that you can say, you know what, I left a key out. And um, and I don’t say that every customer needs to do that for us. But to be able to get to that point where you could just say, I left the door open for you. There’s money on the counter, do the work and take the money when you’re done. Because the only way you can get to that point, it means that you know that that person is, you’ve, you’ve got such a good track record with that person that you can trust them. You can implicitly trust them with what it is you want to get accomplished and you can just immediately check. You know that that’s going to be done for the day.
[04:44] You don’t have to worry about it. You don’t have to think, I’m going to have to call them, make sure that they showed up and you have to call them to make sure that they got the spot to have to call them to make sure that they looked at the spots and try to treat all the carpet out of call and make sure that I got a check and I paid. We can take care of so much of that for you and the only way you get there is because you’ve got somebody who’s trustworthy enough that has earned that trust from you and so we tried to always do that carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998.
