Um, one of the things that we have run across that and we always try to do is to be able to be a master or to be not well educated and everything that we do so at when we come to be able to get something taken care of, we just don’t do it.

[01:25] As far as going back and giving a story right now, I’ve pretty much done everything I believed I could do in carpet cleaning. And so there’s almost nothing that would bring sense of dread or worry. You know, somebody says, Hey, this is what’s going to happen. I know what to do. I’ve got a canned response or I can get out there and figure out what needs to be done because I’ve addressed so many different problems and I had a customer that I was a regular customer I had done a lot for. But I got surprised by a question. Um, there was a, um, I’ll give you a little backstory and from what I’ve found out before I got the phone call. Um, and she, she gave me a call and she said, I’ve got a really weird asked for you. And before I tell you what she asked me to do, I’ll tell you, I’ll give you the setup of what had happened, uh, in carpet cleaning Tulsa and surrounding communities since 1998.
[02:11] This was actually the first and I hopefully, maybe the only time that I’ve ever had to deal with this specific problem. But, um, the, there was a customer that she had decided she wanted to throw a surprise. You want to do a big surprise gift for her granddaughter. Uh, they lived out on some land to kind of out down in the South Bay area and she wanted to do something special, something unique for her little granddaughter. And so what she did is she bought her granddaughter a pony that actual live living pony. Now I’m sure, um, all the other parents at this particular party were probably very infuriated. I could imagine if I went to a party and the, um, the girl there as her present, she got a pony. I can imagine what the next month or two months worth of questions from my daughter would be, is probably the big doe eyes and the thought of, well, I mean, so and so’s mommy. carpet cleaning Tulsa
[03:03] She, she or someone tells grandmas they got her a pony. She has an actual pony. It’s not like she went on a pony ride. She actually owns her own pony. Now this is, this is big. This is epic. And so, and as I, and as an adult and as a parent, I know that I would not want to get a pony because of the amount of work and care that is required in feeding and housing. And and exercising, I mean this ponies or is not just a, Oh, it’s like a fish gold fish in a tank. This is a full time commitment. Now, this particular person, they had already had some other horses. They had stables, they had places that they could keep the pontiac and so to make this surprise even better, they decided they would bring the pony into the living room on the carpet so that when the girls came in for the party that they would be surprised they want it.
[03:50] This is a story of surprises, and so as the little girl came in around the corner and she saw pony standing in the living room, she was indeed surprised by seeing a pony standing there in the living room. Now I can imagine what the commotion was like and she described it in some detail as all the other little girls in the party. They came around the door and then they walk in and there is a. There is a pony standing right there in the living room with balloons around and everything. And all the little girls were shocked and surprised. Excited. I’m sure they were probably very excited. I’m sure as all of the other parents that walked around, they were had stayed there for the party. They crested around into the living room. They probably looked and they were also shocked and surprised. There’s probably quite a commotion. carpet cleaning Tulsa
[04:36] I’m sure the kids surprised was like, my goodness, that is so cool. If it was me as a parent, I would probably looking at it saying, this is awful. You have just set the bar way too high. Sort of like that guy in high school who would always bring his girlfriend flowers every single time he saw her and your girlfriend would look over and say, well, you know, you don’t bring me flowers. Every time you see, you know, you, you, you don’t like, you don’t want to hang out with that guy very often because now he set the bar so high that you’re going to have to always perpetually get flowers for your girl or just stop hanging out with this guy because you know, I’d much rather make this the flowers, more of a romantic gesture. [05:14] Thank you. Great. Now my kids going to think at some point there is the possibility that someone could get me a pony also. Um, and so as these kids all came in, they surprised the pony also and it lifted its tail and it left a big surprise right there on the living room. And I’m sure if it was me, there’s probably a sense of relief from all of the other parents as the kids just scattered. And they’re like, oh my gosh. The thinking, well, okay, this is why you don’t get a pony and you don’t bring it into your living room because there’s a chance it relieves itself right there in the middle of the living room. And so long story short, she called us and asked to do you clean pony pool. And this was a very, a surprising question for me. I, uh, I had not expected that and she had already removed all of the pony pool.
[06:00] And so really what she was wanting to know is could we cleaned the carpets afterward and we did get out there, we did take care of the carpets and she was surprised that we were able to get the carpets cleaned again.
