Now, one of the things that’s I think important as you work for any company or build your own company is that you need to have a sense of purpose.
What is it that we do? Um, and how do we do it? Sometimes it’s general things that everybody does. Everyone wants to have good customer service or everybody wants to be on budget or everybody wants to make sure they get things done right the first time. But there’s also some intangibles of the, of the motivation and the style in which you do it. Um, you know, everybody should come look dressed, be a well presented and be able to take care of everything that is that you want. And one of the things that we pride ourselves at complete carpet in doing is that we can provide a complete carpet maintenance experience to where it’s not just somebody that can clean the carpets for you and it’s not just somebody that can repair the carpets for you, but you can be able to merge the two together to where you can have cleaning and repair and some of your other cleaning things like upholstery cleaning, stair cleaning, a rug cleaning tile, clean.
All of your kind of general flooring area, cleaning parts that we can get accomplished for you all in one service. And that will save you some money because you’re not having to have separate service. Calls are separate minimum service calls. Because so many times you may just have a small spot, something little that you can get done in combination with your carpet cleaning and it doesn’t add that much to it. Whereas if you had to have your own service called just for that to repair, which it may be smaller, minor, um, you may, you know, it may cost you quite a bit more to get that done. Or I’ve had the reverse happen. Somebody has a big restructuring that needs to be done are a lot of repairing or patching that needs to be done. But only one room is dirty and stuff. They sent somebody out just to clean that one room.
He would have to have a minimum service call, but you’re adding one room in while you’re doing other repairs and services. Then adds it into a fairly inexpensive or an affordable way to get that thing accomplished. For you. I, one of the things that I think is important in if you’re going to be offering multiple different types of services and especially ones that are in a different format like this, is that you have a lot of experience and skill doing those different services and that you have some breast best price, best place practices in place so that you’d be able to make sure that each time you do it, you’re doing it up to a level that’s going to impress the customers up to a level that’s going to get you a five star rating or that’s going to keep your a plus rating with the better business bureau.

One of the one driving factor that I believe that I do on every job is that I want you to call us back. I want you to want me to come back and do this job again for you. Um, I know that’s rather specific and it’s not a big high concept thing, but to me it’s a motivating factor for every single job I walk in there and I want to be able to say that you can want me to come back. But on a very basic side, I get really excited each time a customer calls us back again to do more work for them because it means that the first time they did it, um, that we did the right job, that we connected the right to, um, that we got you to the place that you expected for your carpets to be clean to the point that you want to do it again for yourself.
Um, and one of the things that we’ve found carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 is that the best way to do that is that you come out and you do a walkthrough of the house. Um, so that you can. I mean, we can come in and I’m like, you can give me the keys and we can come in and play a detective. We can play Sherlock Holmes and investigate the crime scene of your home to see where all the accidents are and try to use our best judgment to look around and try to ascertain and evaluate the carpets that we have been given so that we can find where are the main stress areas and what parts need to be cleaned. And, and obviously after 20 years of doing this, um, it’s, it’s become a little bit of a game sometimes. I, we do get empty houses where they just leave a key for us or somebody is going to be moving into a new house and so they’ve not been in there before so they can’t really give us a walkthrough and tell us it’s a landlord who’s tenant just moved out and they’re getting it ready for the next tenant.
So there’s nobody that has any more skilled than we do to be able to tell us what in the house needs to be cleaned and why it needs to be cleaned. They just know it needs to be clean and you’re the person you’re the expert to do it. And so we walk in there and we get to play CSI detective, we get to go on and put it on our Sherlock Holmes, a double fronted hunting cap, and we look around the environment and we get to ascertain and survey, um, the accident and the damage that have happened and trying to find out the whys, why everything happened. Now, the reason this is important is that we have found carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 is that, um, if you don’t know the right, what the reason for the spot is, then you’re not always going to know exactly how that spot should be repaired or how, what would it take to get up to get it back into place and do it better?
Um, sometimes we just nail it and we’re right on. Other times we need a little help finding out. And other times you can tell just by the environment, if you walk in, for example, I will walk in and empty place and we will do a quick smell test. How does the place smell is a smell of mothballs? Does it smell of I’m more of an Asian oily cooking food, or is it more of a Mexican food smell to it? Does it have a really strong dog, old odor throughout the place of all of these things will tell us a little bit difference in the way that we apply our priests spray and where we apply the priest spray, uh, does it have a smoky smell to it? Um, so this will change the types of things. Each of those have different types of oils, but they’re all kind of based in the general oil category, greasy oil cooking oil that’s get on the carpet from your, a carpet cleaning from the different processes that we have used.
So as you go through and you need to play detective looking around at the different surveying the different parts of the perfectly and process that needs to be done, you also will find that a lot of the times there’s a simple stuff that needs to be done, um, that you hadn’t really thought of. It’d be able to connect those things together. And so it’s important as you’re going through to find these different things to make sure that you are appropriately finding what needs to be done and where. So you use the right chemical in the right spot. We’ll go through and see, oh, if you walk in and I will see a lot of drops in drips around kind of a spiritual spot in an upstairs room. Um, there’s more than likely going to be a makeup around the girls, a makeup table around the chair where she sits in front of the mirror and she was doing her makeup.
Or if there is kind of along a wall around some yellow spots around footprints in the middle of the room from the furniture, I know that there’s going to be pet spots because the pets are going up against the corner of the furniture and they’re leaving their little marks and invitations and there’s things that they see in those different areas that you need to be able to use the appropriate chemical to be able to take care of that process.
