we’ve talked previously about the different parts of coming in, walking through the house, doing a brief walk through, connecting with you that we can recreate all of the different accidents that have happened throughout so we can play either detective and do it ourselves or you can get us a walkthrough as a firsthand eye witness of what had happened throughout the house. That way we can really focus in on the areas that you are most concerned about and we make sure we get a good thing, but we do. We go beyond we. I mean we want you to tell us what stuff is going on there, but we already know that we’re going to clean all the carpets are. We’re not just going to treat a few of the spots are not just going to hit the high dirty spots. We’re not. I mean it does cost us more money and soap.
We do have to spend a little bit more effort and time trying to portray pretreat the carpet, but this is really worth it because it does three things. I believe for us. One, it allows us to clean faster. We’ll be able to get through your place because we’ve softened up that dirt, so it’s going to be able to break apart and come out quicker too. We’re going to be able to get dirt that you didn’t realize was there because we’re treating all of the carpet. So even if you don’t treat all of it, then the areas that don’t get pretreated the areas don’t, don’t get any soap on them or don’t get any heat or presoak. Um, it won’t break up when you go through to clean it. Carpet Cleaning Tulsa number three, we can get deeper into the carpet because we’ve already gotten the carpet damp and wet.
And so the water will be able to penetrate down in deeper and it will flush out a lot more of the carpets. The carpets will actually stay clean longer because we don’t have to use a lot of soap in our water because we’ve already used the soap in the pre spray and let that soak a break ins and break down all of the dirt and debris that’s on the carpet. We’ve had so many different types of chemicals and ways of applying. I’ve gone through so many different things to find some of the best practice. We had some of the most difficult carpet cleaning when we had the contract for Tulsa Housing Authority, trying to restore a lot of their carpet cleaning, um, so that they could save the carpet, not have to trash it, get rid of it.
And so we found all of the best chemicals and the best ways and um, a lot of times using the more expensive equipment and using more expensive chemical, even though it’s going to cost us more per job, is going to get a such a better cleaning done in the long run that when I come back to clean that job again, I will be able to continue to maintain that particular property because I’ve done such a great job the first time. It’s sort of like maintaining your yard, if you know that first motion when you’ve let it go for a long time or it’s the first time in the spring when everything’s scraggly. Once you get a good first millions hard, you got to put a lot of effort and work and get a lot of the weeding done.
But then your second one’s gonna be a lot easier because you put enough effort in that first one. If you didn’t sit on that first one, just go quickly over it. Your second one’s going to be even worse and the third one’s going to even be harder because you’ve never got it all the way back to square one again. It’s a lot like cleaning your car, you know, your car is dirty on a regular basis and if you’re not careful, you let it get too dirty.
Eventually that dirt will kind of embed itself into the clear coat of the car and even when you clean it, it still looks dull and dusty and you have to go through and do some really extreme measures trying to restore the, the code of that car. Um, and carpets are a lot the same way that sometimes you hit this point where they get dull and they get broken down and you have to go to extreme measures trying to restore it. And sometimes it gets damaged enough that there’s just, there’s just no real restoration. You just get it back to looking clean but not looking new. Carpet Cleaning Tulsa so we go through and use a really hot water extraction rinse after we soaked in, got all that dirt and debris broken up inside that carpet, identified the spots. They’re are sticky and sugary, identified the areas that have, um, maybe coffee or tea or stains or spots that are down in that carpet and we find all of those different areas and then we go in and say, okay, now we’re going to get in there and make sure that we rent this out.
Early in the rinse out thoroughly part is very important because that is the part where you are going to need to extend the life of the cleaning is by how well you rinse out. You don’t. If you leave a bunch of chemical in the carpet or you leave a bunch of the stickiness in the carpet and that carpet’s going to get gray and dirty right away. Within a week or two or three weeks after you’ve had the carpets cleaned, it’s going to look dull and dingy and awful again. Whereas I want that carpet to look great until you’ve actually gone through enough time to where you add your own dirt and your own processes to it, to where you feel like legitimate line need to get this done again. Because of stuff that’s happened. Not because of a bad cleaning job, but because it’s time because you’ve just used it.
Then I’ve got some customers use us once a month because they’re very heavy use with multiple dogs and you know, half dozen cats and they’re just very heavy and work on that carpet and so they need to have a cleaner restaurants where they have, you know, hundreds or thousands of people going across that carpet on a weekly basis so they have to clean it on a more regular schedule. A lot of our previous episodes about maintaining good vacuuming, perhaps habits, making sure that you knock out your sources of dirt and not bringing new dirt sources into your different carpeted areas and keeping a good vacuum schedule in a healthy environment for your carpet to where they go once a year, once every two years. And the carpet’s really don’t ever get majorly dirty because somebody is in there taking care of all of the different positions and all of the different stuff that needs to be taken care of to maintenance that carpet on a regular basis and so we can get in and then help you no matter what that situation is Carpet Cleaning Tulsa
But I don’t want you to have to get your carpets cleaned again because we did a poor job of getting your carpets cleaned the first time. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998.
