Continuing on, we were talking about how the importance of different process that you can do to help the dry time that you can increase or speed up what it is that’s happening within your home Carpet Cleaning Tulsa.

And one of the thing that really does make a difference is just changing the fan on the your auto system, your heating and air system, whether it be heat or air. Um, if you changed the fan from auto to an auto mode, your fan will kick on anytime that it wants to change the temperature throughout the house. So let’s say that the temperature of the house is 66 and you’ve got the heat set at 68, well then the heat will kick on, the fan will turn on to start blowing air throughout the house. And as it continues to blow air throughout the house, the heat will keep going. Eventually the heat will hit 68 and the heat will shut off and the fan will continue to run a little bit to blow out the rest of that heat. And then the fan will turn off because it’s reached to the temperature that it had been told to get to.

Or the reverse is also true. If you’re in a place where the it is a little too hot in the throughout the house, the AC will kick on the air. We’ll start to blow the air compressor coil will kick on and will start to cool down the air and it will keep blowing air throughout the house until he gets it down to whatever temperature you have it set. Let’s just say it’s 72, it’ll hit 72 and the AC will kick off where the fan will keep going for a few minutes and then it will also shut off. It’s automatically turning on when it needs to heat or cool. If you switch the fan from auto to on, it means that no matter if it needs to heat or cool the fan will just keep circulating air throughout the house and I won’t change the temperature throughout the house.

This will just keep the fan moving air throughout the house. And this helps the house were during the drying process because let’s say that you’ve got a room with the door closed. That room will only dry with the airspace that it has in that room. But let’s say there’s a giant kitchen space and there’s a giant, um, the whole bunch of space that maybe have tile or other areas that don’t have any carpet that’s drying at all, but those areas, the air there is just normally dry and no problem. Whereas the air that gets a, we’ll get more humid and moist and the rooms that have carpet, so if you have that air perpetually moving throughout the house, it’s now going to suck up the air in the dry areas and blow it in to the earth that a little damp, that damp areas then going to travel into the rest of the house.

It’s kind of just kind of like stirring up a pot. It’s going to mix up the air throughout the house to make sure that the air will dry effectively an evenly throughout the entire house. Now there is not going to be put down enough moisture into the carpets that will even bother the general humidity throughout your whole home. Um, it may raise it one or two percent. You may go from 40 to 42 percent. Once we’ve finished carpet cleaning all of the carpets and there’s a little bit of moisture that’s going to evaporate off, this doesn’t mean you have to do all of these extra steps in your carpet won’t dry. Um, we have carpets where we had done a carpet cleaning Tulsa since 98 where we’ll go into rentals that have no electricity, that are all closed up, that nobody’s in there. We’ll clean those carpets and within the day or within 24 hours, they will also dry.

Now, it sometimes does take longer if there’s no heat and there’s no electricity because if it’s cold enough in there, the evaporation happens a lot slower, but they can be cleaned in. Those situations can be taken care of. Also, uh, one thing that’s important that, um, a lot of people overlook is I’m just having a general airflow left. You’ve got a nice day. Another thing that can really move forward and just help to reduce the amount of time that it takes for your carpets to dry as to open a couple of windows are open a front and a back door. If you’ve got, if you’re able to let some of that moisture just bent straight to the outside and that dry area from the outside can come in and just be able to absorb more moisture, happy. They’re drying power process happen a little faster, happened a little faster for you.

A one trick that you can do. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998. I’ve used this quite a few times to help. Normally it’s to help people who are trying to move into a home quickly. Let’s say they’ve had their um, moving other. A closing date was supposed to be in the morning. It gets pushed to the afternoon. They were hoping to get the carpets cleaned in the morning and now they can’t get them done to the afternoon and they’re wanting to move in that evening and they just had the carpets cleaned and the carpets are damp, but they don’t want to move. All our fresh furniture. Have everyone walk across it. One thing you can do a typically only works in during the cold weather seasons, but you can go to the upstairs or wherever it is and just crank the heat up as high as you can get it.

The hotter it isn’t a place that faster things dry, sort of like a blow dryer for your hair. The hotter it is, the quicker things will dry all throughout the all those different spaces and process. So once all of that stuff is, you know, just thoroughly heated all the way up to the evaporation happens and almost half or a third of the time have gotten a whole house dry. Just an hour or two before with if he got the heat up. High enough. Problem is if you do this during the summer, you’re now a really hot house in a really hot summer and you’re just stuck. There’s not much you can do then. And so we only recommend this when it’s cool outside because what you can do, you can come back in and now that it’s nice and hot and there all the carpet dried out quickly because it’s nice and hot.

Got Up to 80 or 85 degrees. You then can turn the heat back down to 70 or wherever you normally set it and then open up the doors and windows for a couple of minutes and immediately all that cool air from outside will Russian, bring the temperature back down to 70 in the house, Carpet Cleaning Tulsa close everything up and you’re back to normal temperature house. We’ve done this quite a few times to help people just kind of speed through and get it taken care of and if you have extreme circumstances. We’ve added some restaurants that we do where I’m the only times that they have available to be able to get the carpets cleaned is close to a time where they are open. They don’t close for very often and so they’ve only got a few hours of downtime between the next seeding of people. So what we can do is come in to do what we call a fast dry.

We will come in and clean a section of the store, set up four or five bands to blow over that section of the store while we cleaned the next section of the store. And then we start chasing ourselves with fans as we clean an area. We did bring some fans to point over that area and then we clean the next area, moved the fence to that area, and we just kind of move our way through the whole process, but having some forced air just going across it and none of these things have to be done to be able to get the carpets dry, but a lot of times people want to know what is it that way that we can do that can accelerate the drying time. Because you may want to be able to walk on it. You may have an event happening sooner Carpet Cleaning Tulsa.

You may want to move your furniture around. You may want to do whatever it may be that you wanted to get done and accomplished in that particular space, but you’re not wanting to do it while the carpet is still damp so that you don’t. For example, we don’t like. We don’t recommend people move their furniture onto hot, hot damn carpet. The main reason for this is that you put a heavy piece of furniture or a heavy piece of object onto a soft damp carpet and it will now stretch because it’s hotter and had got this weight on this soft soft carpet because it’s been hot, it’s been cleaned, and now as that carpet dries and stiffens back up, it’s going to mold to the shape of the h of the heavy thing that’s put on it. You’re gonna have these really deep footprint. If you let the carpet dry naturally first and then move something on there, it won’t stretch out the carpet. The carpet’s already stiff and drive from a and holding a utter integrity and you won’t get end up with those big spots.
