We’re going to go back over all of the steps that we’ve gone through up until this point, over this last 10 episode series of, of what you can expect of what we can do to help you with your carpet cleaning experience and what, um, what it is that you need to do to prepare for it.
Uh, we’ve talked about it at great length in other episodes, but one of the things that was important that you need to highlight back through is that it’s good to go through and do a prep for a carpet cleaning before we come out there and get you taken care of. One of the things that we would ask is that you go around and do a general pickup. Carpet Cleaning Tulsa, generally I just tell people, go throughout whatever your areas are, grab whatever’s on the floor, toss it up on a bed or toss it up on the couch. Um, and touches upon one of the big things laying around because we’re going to do a traffic area cleaning and get to all of the exposed carpet. And so the more you take off the carpet, the more we can clean. The next part that we ask that you do is that sometime within the week of the carpet cleaning, you do a general vacuuming.
As long as there’s not any big debris on the carpet, you should be just fine. But if there’s cheerio’s and chips and um, you know, big, Carpet Cleaning Tulsa, things that are on the carpet are wanted, designed to suck up water and so it’s not going to pick up those large pieces of debris won’t fit into the wall and slot. Um, so it’s best if you do a general back, you mean before we come out there, once we get out there, we’re going to go through and do a walkthrough throughout that house. We want to be able to ascertain what it is that we need to do and what it, how it is that we can help you in that particular circumstance. We would like to play a little bit of a detective, kind of walk through some empty houses where we’re just given the keys and told we need to get it taken care of.
We need to try to take all of our previous knowledge of taking a carpets and getting them cleaned and be able to lay that into, be able to figure out what has happened to the house. Is the square divot in the middle of the living room. That must be where a coffee table was. There’s this kind of all belong rectangle that must be one of the couches was so in front of that couch and you put a little extra soap and scrub that a little harder because that’s where people’s feet. If sat and kind of growing, grinding back and forth, uh, there is look like these four posts in this diner, married, but they’re all yellow around each post. That means there was a pet and there they went to each of the feet of the, of the couch and they were each of their feet at the table and they would pee on each of the corners because they liked to go to the corners and Peoria and your doorways in your hallways.
You get some little spots here and there and you’ve got a lot of colorful flex and colorful spots and drips and dips up in an upstairs bedroom. That’s probably where someone was doing. A young girl was doing her makeup and it kept falling on the floor because you’d sit on the floor and with a mirror in front of her and she did her makeup and all kind of fell around it. Or You’d see two sides on a bed, which is a lot like the carpet cleaning in front of a couch because you get out of your bed or as you walk into bed, that’s where you take your shoes off or you get out of beds. First part that you stepped down or I see this circular brown pattern and it kind of sits in the corner. It’s kind of up against a wall that’s typically from a pet or a dog that likes to lay on the floor and they curl up in a little circle and they lay there and they flattened down all the carpet around that area so you can kind of look around and see what things have happened in that house and kind of see what is it that’s happened here that you know that you can find the right chemicals to be able to break that down and get those carpet looking good again.
A next process that we’ll go through is do a priest pray. It’s very important that we go through and get all of the water tension broken off the carpet, get some type of a chemical to break up the dirt, get the oils broken up, get them back soft and into suspension. And a lot of it is also about getting back into solution. All of the parts of the carpet. One thing that we do about this priest pray and one thing that’s unique about our water with our trucks is that we use a water softener, not water softener, removes the water, rose a lot of the minerals out of that water, removes the hardness from the water. So now you have a softer water and that water that wherever it gets to, it’s going to penetrate deeper into whatever you’re rinsing with it. It’s going to allow the chemical in it to be carried in and, and be, um, more.
I’m able to get into the deeper parts of those carpets, in those stains and in those things. So that equals, was soften those up a lot faster. Carpet Cleaning Tulsa another part about the rinsing with, with, um, with soft water is that it is already open water that can absorb more minerals and absorb more stuff. You have a really hard water. It doesn’t clean as well. It’s because it’s already got a lot of metals and a lot of sediment and stuff that’s already in that water and it’s going to be resistant to absorbing new stuff because it already has stuff in it. It’s wanting to deposit stuff other places. You see this with the hard water deposits on a St Grano Faucet or on a showerhead where you found all the little white scale it starting to build up around. The thing is because the water already is carrying other deposits that it’s trying to get rid of as opposed to soft water, which is looking to add more stuff to it.
It’s, it’s already empty water that can have more stuff added. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998. We found so many different ways of doing things and try to always incorporate the latest technology and new ways of doing the carpet cleaning process so we can create the best environment. And the best cleaning process for each of our customers. Um, the next part after we’ve done the pre spray, that helps to break down that water tension so the. So the renting process can get thoroughly into it. If we go through and we rinse the carpet, we actually clean it and this is a combination of heat, a good pr, high pressured water and that is properly balanced to the amount of suction that we have. And it’s important before we do any of these process. But before every job or between every job we go through and check our filters, make sure that we have not collected a whole lot of debris, are clogged up.
The insides of the suction on our van is able to be able to stay at 100 percent at all times. It’s a similar to making sure that between every load of laundry that before you pull that load, put that load into the dryer, that you check the dryer filters, that you don’t have a big ball of lint covering up the filter. That it won’t dry the clothes because there’s nothing that can get into it because it’s all clogged up and so we make sure we check our filters and that we open up all of those pathways, that they have a free flowing path. We can suck out anything that is in that carpet and that we have good hot water, that we can rent out. Anything that has gotten done into that carpet that we have softened up and our cleaning process. And then the final part that we always try to help people with is that we make sure that everything is set up in a good way that things can dry.
For example, if you want to get a rug cleaned, we will take, we will make sure that we have instructed you first to take it, put it in a, on a tiled area, maybe put it in the garage or out in the driveway. Because if you put that damn rug back on top of the damn carpet, the one of the two things will not drive because it’s covered up. That moisture is going to get trapped underneath something. Um, so it’s best not to put something over the carpet or onto the carpet as it’s trying to drive because now you’re covering up the evaporation availability of that particular carpet and so making sure that you’ve got maybe the air moving properly through the house or whatever it is that we can do that will help you to extend that to decrease the dry time and extend the time that that carpet’s going to stay clean.
We’re going to try to give you that advice so that we make sure you have the best possible experience you can from us because we want you to call us back again and take advantage of our services that we offer.
