One of the simplest ways to find out how much something is going to cost you just to give us a call directly.

We can go over what it is that you’re going to have done and how much it will cost, and we’ve got some general flat rate pricing structures that we’ve got in place for the different types of services we have. We can go over some of those here. I’m obviously each situation’s a little unique, so sometimes you need a verbal estimate. We can give you some general overall guidelines of, of how things will be priced. Um, smaller homes are going to cost less, less carpet costs less. So we try to vary our pricing based upon the amount of work to be done. Um, if you’ve got a couch is going to cost more than a love seat. I love c will cost more than a chair and a chair will cost more than an Ottoman.
[01:23] Um, a staircases are an additional charge though it’s a, we do it as a small add on and we do it for the whole staircase, which is different than our competitors. Most majority of everyone else charges per step to clean. Whereas we just charge for the whole staircase. That way, you know the price right up front for the whole staircase to get it cleaned and make it look good again for you. Um, we also do not charge based upon each individual room or area so that there’s no gotchas. Carpet cleaning Tulsa I’ve had so many customers that have said that they’re frustrated with a previous carpet cleaning service because they said that it would be five rooms or five areas. And then when they got out there and they wanted to have their bedroom and the hallway and the um, and the closet and um, cleaned. They want to have these, you know, these five rooms and the hallway cleaned.
[02:11] And then when they got in there it was going to cost them for 12 or 13 rooms because of the area. They’re like, well there’s just five rooms here and there’s a hallway. This. Yes. But the hallway has a bend in it. So that’s, that’s two areas. This room is not a square room. It actually got a little alcove off the sides of that counts as two areas. The closet over here, accounts of the secondary and the. See, they’re like because it’s only two foot by two foot and a gas, that’s another area, and so it becomes down to semantics of what they consider to be areas and so we don’t, we don’t play those semantic games, we just give you one flat rate to clean houses of certain sizes. So if your house is under a certain side, let’s say it’s a small sized house, then there’s one flat fee to clean any of the carpet within that home.
[02:51] Think of it more like a buffet type of pricing. Instead of charging you for every item you take off of that buffet, we charge you by the amount that that person’s going to eat. And so you know, if you’ve got a smaller child, you have a small child pricing, you’ve got to, you know, I’m an adult, you have an adult pricing, you have an elderly, have an led pricing, you know, there’s different types of buffet type pricing. And this also helps us tremendously because we know exactly how much carpets in certain size homes, it doesn’t very, very, very much. Those types of houses are almost always have the same general amount of carpet senate is just expands based upon how big the home is.

Um, well, the other things that we can add on and do for you is your tile cleaning. Um, we’ve got a good affordable prices, whether we’re coming out there as an add on or coming out there just for the cleaning itself, we be able to get that taken care of for you and be able to save you a lot of money and also save you on the look and feel of that title.
[04:12] Um, it’s amazing how a good tile cleaning can restore what the grout lines look like and all of a sudden your whole, the whole view of the whole look of that whole area and is now expanded into something that’s so much better for the area. And for any of your guests that come in, they have a totally different face put on that environment for them. And we make sure that we keep that cost competitive. But we also do it by per area too. Again, flat rate pricing so that you know, these two areas is going to be this much to clean them and it’s a flat rate and it’s not going to change. We’re not going to get in there and clean all of those areas that come back and say, you know what? We had to add these extra three services and it’s going to cost a lot more carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998.
[04:50] And example, I had one customer who called, wanted to get it done over a weekend. We were, I was out of town and it was able to service them so he had to call somebody else quickly. Um, and he called me back later that week and said that he wished that he would’ve waited for the call for us to get back to bill to do it because the person that came out to clean it ended up charging them over 50 percent more than what the quote was to do it. And he said there and they didn’t tell them about it until after they’d already done the service. They came out, there was an additional charge to go up to the staircase, to a second floor apartment. There was an additional charge to clean around his leather couch because they said they had to be careful not to scratch his couch, which took them more time.
[05:25] There was an additional charge just to clean out the spots because there were spots in the carpet that were dirty that they had to use extra chemical trying to clean and scrub them and so he had an extra charge for extra dirty carpet and so he got to the end, he end up being 50 percent more and he felt like he said I, I said, Nathan, I really felt like I had to pay these people just to leave my home that I will never use them again. I will make sure I always use you because you’ve got, I know the beginning exactly how much it’s gonna cost and at the end the price is still the same. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998.
