[00:48] or my carpets the dirty to you have ever seen. And um, I think on an over a high scale thought process of this. This is similar to the, you know, a little boy who has lost his Gi Joe and he just sit me on the ground, just completely devastated by it and it feels to them like this. That’s the worst thing they’ve ever had. And then somebody else who’s just lost a, uh, just lost a girlfriend, had a friend in high school who just was just absolutely devastated when his first girlfriend broke up with him. Now six months later when he found another girlfriend, he was a completely elated and his in his world world was turned right side up again. But during that six month until he, until he met another girl, he was, his world was upside down. And then slowly overtime you start to realize that these are just ups and downs.

And over the 20 years of service that we’ve had, I’ve seen some absolutely fantastic carpets that look in great shape, that people are just completely devastated about. And other carpets that are completely destroyed. And the people don’t, don’t seem to care that much about it because it’s just, that’s normal. They used to destroyed carpet and it’s a completely normal thing to them. And so the answer to most of the time, those questions, every now and then I do run into somebody that I can, you know, go home and check off that yes, this was probably the dirtiest carpet it gets one up to every now and then. But um, I’ve run into such absolutely destroyed carpets over the years of doing it.
[02:19] The majority of people know the answer is no your carpet, they’re not the worst that I’ve ever seen. But at the very core question of this and from my perspective, um, for why I’m there, I actually want your carpets to be very dirty, which you know, may seem a little, um, may seem to be a little bit of a contrast. You know, you’re thinking, why would you want people to have dirty carpets? Well, it’s not that I want them to have a dirty carpet, but if your carpets weren’t dirty, you wouldn’t need me. You wouldn’t need to call out complete carpet to take care of your carpet cleaning needs and you would just, you know, your carpets would just be a nice museum, a showroom type of situation. Nobody walked on the carpet too. You don’t need us. We don’t need to come in there and take care of carpet cleaning Tulsa
[02:58] We are there. You have dirty carpets and so honestly you are giving me a job. You’re also given me a purpose and by having dirty carpets and by getting them taken care of them. And so the two things that I love the most in our business and our work is people who take care of the carpets on a regular basis because then I know that I can be out there helping you and you were going to get so much more life than everybody else out of your carpet. carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998. I’ve got many customers that have used us for 10, 15, even 20 years, and I’ve been able to maintain their carpets for that entire time and they haven’t had to replace them because they were diligent about making sure that they were done on a regular basis. Uh, I think one of the oldest carpets I’ve ever cleaned as close to 60 plus years old, it was kind of a golden shag with a greenish shag and an orange Shag, if you can imagine in your mind those three different shag combinations they had put the carpet in when they first built the house back in the fifties. carpet cleaning Tulsa
[03:51] And they had just took, taking good care of it, always watched over it. I didn’t clean the carpets throughout the whole time because a lot of those years of carpet where before I was even born. But with taking care of properly, not all carpet can make it 50 or 60 years. But um, you can get at least anywhere from 10 to 20, maybe even 30 years out of almost every carpet as long as you keep the dirt and debris, the grit out of the carpet. Because the grit is what will destroy and break down the carpet quickly and so that’s the part where I really want to try to get in and help people. You know, you may have let your carpets go too far and there may be stains that cannot be taken out of the carpet because carpet is a dial fabric. If I take black hair dye and just pour it all over the carpet, your carpet will not be dirty.
[04:32] It will physically just be black because you physically changed it so you now have black carpet instead of brown or blue or white carpet or whenever the carpet was. And I think this is one thing that a lot of people haven’t really thought through or not. I’m of of we always try to clean out the carpets. We always want to make them look the best they possibly can. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 without all kinds of experience in situations where we’ve made situations that people thought was unsavable look great again. But one thing that is universal that I try to make sure that every customer knows about it ahead of time is that all carpet is not the color that you see of the carpet there. carpet cleaning Tulsa If you took a bottle of bleach, then you pour it over your carpet, your carpet, all carpet, no matter what the carpet is going to turn white because that’s the original color.
[05:13] If you bleach out, take all the dies out of the carpet that they’re in there. You can bleach it out and turn it back to a wider kind of a yellowish color. And from that basis all carpet that is installed in your home was at one point just a strand of nylon that has then been colored to make it the color that you see in your room. Are you seeing your living room or you see in your house and that particular piece of carpet as the same way that it was colored to be looked that way for your house here. carpet cleaning Tulsa It also can be colored another way. So if you put really strong yellow mustard, which has lots of yellow dye and it, or a Red Koolaid that has red dye number four in it, um, uh, you know, many different processes and chemicals in different household items, have the capacity to physically alter the carpet of, I see this often with just hair dye to directly hitting on the carpet and ended up being a left there in the carpet in a way that you can’t, you can’t clean it back out so I can have absolutely fresh clean carpet that’s now red and it’s going to last a long time.
[06:13] But then unfortunately got a little red spot. Patching sometimes can help because we can move some of those red spots or spots or burn spots into closets.
