One of the questions we get asked on a fairly regular basis is, um, will this process of bothered my allergies now in 20 years of doing this, um, I haven’t run into anyone who’s had an, an immediate or any type of notice of allergic reaction to the carpet cleaning process or the chemicals that we use.
[00:56] We try to use the best chemicals, um, and some of those chemicals are, are strong and able to pull out stuff. Other chemicals are specifically designed to be a clear rents, chemicals and other ones are green and environmentally friendly. Um, the, depending on what needs to be done, obviously the green and environmentally friendly chemicals are going to be great at getting dirt out and leaving low residue and not, not bothering the carpet. But sometimes you get those stubborn spots that just needs something stronger to have to break it down. Something that’s more of a solvent or something that can, you know, take a take out to what it is it’s in your carpet and then we can get it fresh and clean. But one thing that we do a carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 is that we want to make sure that we are always aware of what it is that’s in the carpet and that is causing a, you’re going to cause you problems.
[01:43] Um, we want to be able to finish our carpets, cleaning process that you could be able to let your pets in and let your babies down on the floor immediately without causing any harm or problems to them. We do have a few chemicals that you need to stay off of or stay away from as we are using them, but we make sure that we go beyond, above and beyond to make sure those areas are properly rinsed and taken care of before we leave so that your carpets are left fresh and ready for you as soon as we finished our cleaning process. A lot of that has to do with a difference in how we clean. So many companies will use soap in the water that they’re cleaning with. Um, they will use a detergent. So the main cleaning power is actually the water that they’re using.
[02:21] Um, and then if a spot just will not clean out, then they will use it as an additional spot treater to be able to try to treat that spot too. But to get it to come out. Then what we do that’s a little different than the majority of the other companies out there is that we actually go through and use all of our chemical down first. Carpet cleaning Tulsa I personally, my personal belief or complete carpet is that if it’s not pre sprayed then it’s not going to be clean. And so we go through and we preach, spray all over the carpet, all over, all of the areas. I’ve had plenty of examples of times where I’m in a carpet cleaning, uh, for like a restaurant or something like that. And anywhere that the priest prayed doesn’t go, you can actually see it really strongly in those scenarios because I could do a one path of a priest pray right across the middle of the room, clean all around that path that was pre sprayed and all of the area this priest prayed, comes out, looks like new carpet.
[03:07] All the areas around it is, creates like almost like an eraser affected the water of the cleaning water, doesn’t do anything to it because we don’t overload our cleaning water with, um, cleaning solution. We use that as a rinse solution instead. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 week. I’m one of the main goals that we’ve always had is that when we finished, we want you to be able to call us back, but we want you to call us back because you were happy with the carpet cleaning, not just that day, not just the day after, but for the, um, for the whole time of the carpet as it goes through. And you slowly see the carpet get dirty because of the natural accumulation to use of the carpet, not just because we did a poor cleaning job. And so part of that is breaking down the surface tension of the carpet and makes sure the fibers all get damp and wet so that the, when you’re cleaning it can get penetrate through.
[03:52] But the thing that we do that’s different that really I think stands out is that we go through and pretreat all of the carpet using the soap upfront. That way when we go through to clean the carpet, we’re actually just using a hot water extraction or rents to remove all the chemical, the dirt and debris that’s in your carpet. What this does in helping with your allergies and helping with all those different things that we don’t leave any chemical in the carpet that could potentially bother you because when we were finished, it’s just damp carpet that has been thoroughly rinsed and removed all of the chemical and debris out of that carpet. And so as far as will this cause problems, your allergies? Carpet cleaning Tulsa Most of the chemicals we use does not have any problems. I’ve had a few people who have don’t particularly like the smell of a particular chemical, so we’ll try and check with you first, but that’s normally only on doc deodorization type problems where we’re trying to put either a citrus or a cherry smell in the air.
[04:40] They don’t have an adverse reaction to it. They’re just not a big fan of citrus or they’re not a big fan of Cherry, so we’ll choose. Let them choose between the two different sense at the time of taking care of that particular carpeted area, so I’m always looked to us because we can be able to get clean. I want to be able to you to be able to sit down your pet or your your baby down on that carpet as soon as we’re finished and not have a fear that there’s going to be anything toxic or anything wrong on that carpet that’s going to cause them problems. The secondary benefit of this outside of just not affecting allergies is having this clear water rent side is that that carpet’s will stay cleaner longer. Actually, no. I’ve heard of a few companies who have told me in the past they’ll confide in me personally when we’re just talking about stuff that they use a lot of soap in their water and the main reason for it is that when they clean it, there’s a lot of soap left in the carpet and the carpet will track up and get dirty faster and that is going to cause the customer to want to call them back quicker than normal so that they have more work and I personally think that the more work I can get because your carpets take longer to get dirty and they stay clean longer is going to build a better reputation for our company and you will tell more of your friends about it and you’re like, oh look, when they clean it, you know this clean and the spots aren’t just gonna come right back.
[05:50] And so we try to give a different approach that we want to be able to make a longterm customer that you need us as infrequently as possible, but that we’re there to help you anytime you need us.
