I got asked today a question that I get asked on a fairly regular basis is, um, uh, what type of cleaning process do you use now as far as an overall category? It is the steam cleaning method and we actually use that truck mounted steam clean method.
[00:50] But over the years I have incorporated any method of cleaning that helps to get the carpets cleaned. And we, we actually cleaned the carpets a little different than other companies do, carpet cleaning Tulsa is in our fiber and um, I’ve always looking for new ways to expand what it is that we do. But mainly I’m, I’m always looking for what is the best way that I can service our customers because if we do a really good job, we can get your carpets really clean. Um, you are going to want us to come back again. The probably the biggest complaint I hear from people who use us or referring to other carpet cleaning companies about what they dislike about them is that they’ll have somebody come in there and they will quickly go over the carpets and they are done. And they said they really can’t visually see any difference from when it was cleaned.
[01:36] When it was a, for when it was dirty too. When it was cleaned, they said it looked like they just kind of vacuum the carpets and then took off and let him go. And one of the things I’ve found is that pre spray, it’s just such a big part, not, not priests spotting, which would a lot of companies do, they’ll, they’ll run a spray, just the spots and then they’ll clean your carpet. What we do is actually a full on all the carpet we’re going to clean. We actually do a pre spray over all of that carpet. Um, as an example, if you go into a, when we do a restaurant, um, I can actually take our priest spray chemical, spray a stripe across the middle of the room, then clean that with just the straight cleaning chemicals. carpet cleaning Tulsa And you will see a major difference between the carpet that was sprayed and the carpet that was not, it will almost look like carpet has been cleaning carpet that has not been cleaned because until you soak and break up that dirt that’s in the carpet, then you’re not able to get it really clean.
[02:27] And so one thing that we do is we have our own mixture of chemicals that we put down over the carpet first. This mixture helps to break up the water tension because carpet and naturally all fabric has a resistance to water, but what we can do by putting down hot water over top of the carpet, a light layer of hot water that allows that to slowly soak into the carpet, allowing it to be cleaned better later. It’s really a, it’s a real similar to doing your dishes where you take a plate covered in spaghetti and then you allow that to soak in a nice hot thing of. And then you know, it’ll just rinse right off. Whereas before you’d have to really scrub hard to get it off. And so we use a chemical spray at similar to the dry cleaning method. Dicks that um, except that we go back and then we go through and rinse that out and did a job two weeks ago. carpet cleaning Tulsa
[03:14] And in that job I went through and just priest prayed the carpet and the strength of the priests bray was able to dilute and breakdown the majority of all the spots in the carpet. And a lady actually came in to the other room and said, wow, you are so fast. The living room looks great. And I said, I haven’t done anything to the living room yet. I just put a little priest spray down and um, I’m going to go back and clean it. She’s like, well, I mean, just the pre spray you put down must have it must be really. I’m a really strong Brisbane because it already looks good. She was taking pictures of the carpet. I had only priest prayed, had not even got to cleaning it yet. And so, um, you try to put a lot of effort into that priest. Pray matters.
[03:49] That priest prays is honestly, I think the bulk of the work. I’ll actually clean a room and if it doesn’t look clean enough, I’ll go back and pre spray the whole thing again and then try cleaning it again because every time you put that priest breakdown of that is what will break up the dirt. And another part of the process. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 that we’ve learned that is that I use the least amount of chemical. If any chemical at all in the rinse water, um, if you rinse with soap trying to clean soap out of the carpet, you’re going to leave soap in the carpet. And so I think it’s really important that you make sure that you rent it out so that carpet will stay clean for a longer amount of time.
