This is episode three 29. We are complete carpet, uh, coming to you today. I want to talk about, we talked last episode about the sources of dirt from the front door, back door and your garage. Uh, this time I want to talk about some of the other areas that originate there inside the home, not coming from outside, inside, inside. A little touch on one more source that we haven’t really talked about before in the last episodes, but he’s also an important of it inside, outside I conversion. The Mat will not be sitting there, uh, uh, putting dirt onto people’s shoes as they walk into the home. But it will be clean and rubbed the dirt off their shoes. Um, and one other source that comes from inside, outside. Um, it also accesses both your front door, your back door and your garage, but does not use your, your maps does not need to instrument your kids and friends and relatives and everyone has a chance to use it. But you also have your pets, a cat or a dog bunny, uh, chicken, whatever type of different animals you have. They will go outside, they’ll come back inside. But they typically, they’ve got a coat so they’ve got for everywhere else and they need to be brushed or wiped down. Cause if they go outside and they get tired, they lay down, they lay down in the grass and the dirt and then they come inside and they lay down in your carpet.

They’ve picked up that they pick up that dirt as they are, um, coming into your home and they’ll lay down and put that dirt into all of the areas within your home. So you want to make sure that they get wiped out or brushed down also because it’s not their feet that you typically have to worry about. It’s their coats that have the uh, the dirt and the oils and the grass that they’ve walked through are laid down outside perfectly in Carpet Cleaning Tulsa since 1998. A secondary part of keeping your dog healthy and clean is also that they have a body oils, um, that they go through a regular cycle where they shed and they’ll grow new hair, they’ll bring the shed the hair again, it’ll grow back. But through that whole process they want to keep their coats nice and shiny, nice and oily so that it can stay healthy.

And so we want to make sure that you are taking some of that, giving them a regular cleaning and makes sure that they stay fresh and clean. It’s not something to be really, uh, scared about, but just know that over time wherever they lay is going to slowly start to accumulate a layer of oil across the carpet. That layer of oil is going to, um, uh, attracted dirt. It’s going to be something that the dust, the dirt in the room and on the air or are you going to stick to? So you’ll try to vacuum but it will not vacuum off. You’ll notice this the most and an area where the dog or the cat likes to lay to get this kind of flat circular area that has started to mat down and it’s just because the body oils of transferred from the pet onto the carpet and now it’s collecting new Dustin dirt. So as you’re going through your scenarios here, you want to make sure that you’ve got your back door and front door. Have a nice matte, a fluffy mat, a little bit bigger. If you can get a three by four, that helps. That way people have to take two steps on it as opposed to step over it at your garage. You’ll want to have a nice big mat there to to knock off that road dirt and break dust that comes in from the garage. If you had parked your car in there and then also your pets, you want to wipe them down, brush them off, kind of give them a good dustiness. They come outside, inside and also they will be collecting body oils on whatever service they lay on. A good pro tip is to get them like a horse blanket in the area they like to lay on the most.

And that way you could take that and once a week just washed that. So all of the rubbing and kind of circling that they do when they want to get comfortable and before they go to sleep or just lay there and rest, um, at the foot of your bed or beside your bed or maybe in the corner of the room, then that area can be touching that dirt and you’ll be able to take it and wash it out on a regular basis. That way, does it continue to transfer throughout the rest of the house? You get that wet dog smell if you get too much, um, uh, build up of a pet oil or the coat oils from that pet.

Uh, we also have treatments for your tile to be able to clean those, get the dirt and stuff out. Maybe a staircase that’s started collecting or you’ve just got some rugs. Maybe you’ve got a rug with a dog. Just likes to lay on and hang out on and it’s just been accumulated is doing this job. It’s collecting the dirt, rubbing the dirt off of that particular animal, but it is starting to collect and gang up and now it’s starting to get a little bit of a smell to it or starting to get a lot of visible spots in it. Um, next episode we’ll talk about what can create sources of dirt inside the home and how to help to maintain those, to kind of keep those in a regular melon. You can keep the dirt and check and keep the dirt from coming into the home, then you don’t have to worry about it building up inside the home and just remember that all your different areas, think of the carpet.

Keep all you think of all of your flooring’s basis as a wastebasket. Um, it’s know your waist back to you in the bathroom or in the kitchen as they are designed so that you can toss your access or your trash into and your carpet and your rugs and your injury areas. They also are the same. They’re designed to capture the any dirt and debris and so that it’ll hold it in place until you’re able to sweep or mop it back up. That way you don’t end up with a um, oh just a pile of debris everywhere. It’s obviously going to have to come off somewhere, so make sure that you’re cleaning or refreshing it on a regular basis.
