This is episode three 91 I’ve talked to you today about, uh, getting, uh, being more flexible in the arrangements of things that you tried to accomplish and do a lot of times we don’t realize that what we’re wanting to have accomplished or what we’re wanting to do. Um, does it always happen the way that we might like it? Uh, it’s seems rather simple concept, but sometimes, um, it gets overlooked and that, uh, we need to be able to be flexible and the things that even if you could have do something completely perfectly, you think that you’ve got exactly the right way to for it to be accomplished or done. It may be a correction in the market and maybe a correction in the weather and maybe a correction in the way that you do things. Um, there’s nothing that has, we’ve been able to sit down and say, okay, this is the way we’re going to do it.

And then we never make a difference from it on that ever again because it all needs at some point. Something to kind of change up the how and the what we’re doing. You end up with a little difference in the approach. And so it’s got to be ever, ever looking at her once said that, uh, most jobs, most careers have a shelf life of about four years, four or five years, which means that as you’re looking at what it is you want to try to accomplish and do you need to be careful that you’d also look ahead to what is coming down the pipe, what is going to happen next, what’s the next big thing, what’s the next new trend with the next way of approaching and dealing with the situation. Because every generation re looked at what it is. At first it was bell bottoms, then it’s um, you know, uh, uh, tight skinny jeans and then it’s uh, baggy pants and then it’s shorts and as Kula and then short shorts and then as long shorts and then it’s back to Capris. Now it’s down a long pants again. And it just, we’re very cyclical and the weather patterns are kind of the same way. What whether you had about 30 years ago, probably gonna repeat again in another 30 years. If you had the highest biggest rain, a lot of times you watch your weather. If you’re looking at the weather, you’ll see that hey, this is the coldest it has been in and they go back to like 30 to 50 60 years or this is the hottest event in 30 to 40, 50, 60 years. Whereas the tile coming down every two to five years, depending on the amount of wear and tear you have on the tile, it can be swept up, mopped up, wiped up easier than carpet does. The plus side to carpet is, that’s very noise reduction so it can absorb a lot of noise. It can carry a lot of dirt before you need to have it vacuumed or cleaned. Whereas wooden tile, um, you know, if there’s sand and grit on it, then it’s gotta be wiped up. Today. You’re not going to go, um, a month with sand and grit sitting all over the carpet. You’re going to have to take care of that right away. Uh, sorry, you can’t go a month with, uh, sand and grit on your wood floors or tile. You’re gonna have to take care of that right away. Where as if you go with your carpeted areas, the sand grit falls in between the fibers and able to hold a lot more grime and dirt before you notice it or before you feel like you have to get it clean. There’s some places where we’ve cleaned over a really heavy traffic area and it has had a ton of sand and dirt come out for our, we’ve filled our filter all the way up and just one thing. Whereas if all of that had just sat there the whole time and the wood or the floors, the floors would Florida been just destroyed or too, um, you went to, you would’ve noticed it right away cause you’re walking on it. And so a lot of times people neglect their carpet and just because it’s out of sight, out of mind, the plus side is that you can go quite a while without vacuuming and um, taking care of the carpet as the downside is that a lot of times you go quite a while without, um, taking care of the carpet and so they end up wearing out and getting taken care of, uh, breaking down faster than they would naturally.

Uh, we want to try to make sure that we keep those in healthy, good order and without, um, problems so that you get the most life, most time out of those, um, flooring surfaces really help you out tremendously in that aspect. Think of when our grandparents are, our parents used to take a rug out and they’d hang out on the line and then shake it out and they’d, all the dirt would fall out of it, but then they start hitting it with a [inaudible] broom and it would knock out more dirt as they went through. And he would start banging the dirt at the end of backing, not just the fibers, but in the back end of the carpet, out and about. Carpet Cleaning Tulsa And all of a sudden now they’re getting a tremendous more amount of dirt out of the carpet that wasn’t in the fiber, was sitting in the backend. And as you walk across and work on that perfect and you start backing up, you remove the stickiness that’s in the carpet. Now the dirt that’s down in the backing in the patty can be vacuumed up, can slowly start to rise up out of the glory and below.

Whereas before it was trapped underneath a layer of stickiness in the fibers of the carpet, so you then walk on it, use it, expose it, vacuum it, and the carpet will slowly start to release all of the stuff that is inside of it. Then next you start realizing, hey, now I can get to, some of that stuff is down below and once you get to that level of play name, now it becomes much easier to maintain the carpet because you’ll remove it out. So the second or even the third cleaning slowly looks just a little bit better because now we’re removing some of this stuff that’s in the back end, which is the canvas of the carpet making it look as much a, it looks, it’s much easier to make the carpet look brighter when you start getting some of that dirt out of the back end, but you can’t clean the back end of the carpet through the carpet. That’s something you have to over time, break free by keeping the carpet more healthy and clean and allows that stuff to break up and come out of the carpet with success vacuums and then a good steam cleaning later to rent it out of the fiber.
