Uh, one thing led want to highlight in this particular episode is the difference in our process. We have been Carpet Cleaning Tulsa area for 22 years. And uh, through that time frame we’ve had a lot of opportunities to clean a lot of different types of carpets and uh, very clean carpets, very dirty carpets. We’ve done, uh, for about 10 years we had the contracts for the Tulsa Housing Authority to clean all of their, um, their managed properties, which are, um, Pha underneath the, the DHA banner, so they’d have to pass the inspections there. All the assisted, um, low income housing. So sometimes you have really good tenants, but sometimes you have people who just, they don’t care or they don’t have the capacity to care.

Uh, some people don’t care because they physically, it just, it’s not on the radar and other people would like to care, but they can’t because it is not possible for them. They are low income so they can’t buy a new vacuum where they can’t, um, they don’t have the time or they don’t have the, um, uh, tools to be able to maintain properly the things that they have. They would get it taken care of, but they just don’t have the, um, the tools necessary to get it done Carpet Cleaning Tulsa since 1998 we’d seen there was that sometimes the spots would just get down and then it would just get layered on. And so we had to find a different process, a little deeper cleaning method to able to get all of the dirt taken out. And this is where we developed that set up.

I can get this carpet clean, I can get anything clean. We also for a while did a spartan landing, which was all of the um, aeronautics, but it was there a mechanics that division instead of people learning to fly the planes and the people learning to repair the planes. And so we’d have to try to get those carpets cleaned also. And some of those were almost black when we started on them. Carpet Cleaning Tulsa Now, uh, there, I think part of it needs to be said here is that uh, carpets do slowly gained a, um, they are affected by the wear and tear that have placed upon them the same way that a car is. If a car sits in the baking sun for long time as much wax and as much cleaning as you do to it, the paint can fade over time or the clear coat can start to kind of peel or crack if it’s not properly taken care of or watched over.

So the more damage or the more, uh, wear and tear put upon that surface, the more it will end up having problems down the road. Now the less wear and tear than the better it looks. For example, if I install carpet into a home and nobody ever walks on it, it will look like brand new carpet or as long as nobody walks on it, it could be a decade later and the carpet will still look roughly the same because it’s never been walked on. We know this because, uh, anytime you’ve, you went to move or you’ve gone to look at houses that someone else’s moved out of, you can typically see these halos of perfectly clean carpet under the bed or under the couch or somewhere that something was protecting that part of the furniture or a closet that was never walked in. Uh, so we know that with nowhere at all, the carpet won’t change. So now if I go through and I am in a banquet hall and I have a for a banquet hall for camp summer camp for kids, and in that summer camp for kids, the banquet hall has lots of campers running through the mud and the muck and then coming in and getting and plane. They’d, uh, we use the banquet hall as a place to run laps also. Then there’ll be a big circle around the outside with all the tables and the insides and you’ll see the wear pattern that’ll be appropriate to that. And probably two, three years in those carpets are just completely destroyed no matter how good or how high in the carpet is a with that many camp running with muddy feet and shoes running throughout the facility is going to wear and break down that carpet. Remember that dust is a universal sandpaper and so you get all of that dirt and grime onto the carpet. And as people walk on it, they walk it into the carpet wearing it out. Uh, so as you are dealing with what it is that you have, part of knowing the process is that knowing that things can be damaged in a way that doles and, and permanently damages them. Uh, and just like the car that it’s painted faded out. The only way to repair that paint is to repaint it at some point. And so sometimes if you get enough where into the carpet, the only way to make it look like new again is to get new carpet. Now that doesn’t mean that you need to get new carpet.

You can always clean the carpet that you have. Just know that the texture, the look, the wear pattern is still gonna look about the same. They just will no longer be dirty carpet that have faded car. You can still clean and Washington lacks the car and it will look as good as it can for the, you know, the color of the paint job. It just will be a faded paint job. Uh, one thing we see this in is when people have, oh, young typically young ladies but old, um, older guys will do the same. When they start to go gray, they want to darken their hair back up or young ladies want to try different colors of hair. And so they will use different types of hair dye. And that hair dye is meant to change the color of their hair or of fabric. And the carpet is also a dyeable fabric.

So if you get that hair dye onto the carpet, it will permanently change color of the carpet. Now if you rented out quickly and don’t give it time to set, just like a lady who is in getting her hair colored, typically you’ve got a 30 minute or hour long wait while the dyes are soaking in and penetrating and doing their work. If you pour the dye into your hair and they just instantly rinsed it out, it would affect it, but it would likely affect it.
