Again, I just wanted to go over in this podcast as we’re in a season of a flu and colds and sickness, the importance of cleaning your carpet. Um, so many times when our system is compromised is when things are able to overtake us. If you have a good healthy system here, if you’re working on a regular basis, you’re eating right and you are having plenty of liquids, um, and you’re having the right vitamins, eating right and having your vitamins are kind of two things that go hand in hand. Uh, either you can get your nutrition and vitamins through your food or you need to do it through supplements. It’s always, always, always, always better to do it through your food. Uh, have vegetables with color in them. Try to have as many raw and uncooked and frozen vegetables as you can. You’ll have live cultures that are in those vegetables. Uh, have a good fresh lean meats. Uh, make sure you cut out your, uh, wheats and sugars from your diet so that your body can have all of the clean energy that it can have. Lots of fruits, fruit juices is amazing, but if it’s actual juice, and this is something I think is important for people to remember or to think about as they’re going through. Um, some people will go out there just grab a juice to try to be healthy but not turn the bottle around. And why should you turn the bottle around? Because fruit juice itself is really good for you. But if you take and have fruit juice that is not fruit juice and you say, how can fruit juice not be fruit juice? Carpet Cleaning Tulsa is in our fibers.

Well here’s the simple test that you do is you grab the body, you spin it around and you look at the percentage of fruit juice in the drink. So many of them will, a vast majority of them are sugar drinks flavored as juice. And so I can’t remember what the percentage is to call it fruit juice, but it’s something really low. Like you could have 5% fruit juice in it and call it fruit juice even though that means 95% of it is not fruit juice, 95% of it is water and sugars and et cetera. Um, so, uh, you want to make sure that you’re getting something that is right there in the way that you would like to have it. And that is to look at, turn that bottle around, look on the backside and you will see there it will either say a hundred percent fruit juice or I just don’t have it at all.

Cause if you’re not going to have a hundred percent fruit juice, might as well just have a Gatorade bite as well. Just have a, a, a dr pepper might as well just have something that’s just a sugary drink that you like cause it’s just water with sugar in it and it’s flavored. So have the flavor that you enjoy. But if you’re going to do it for your health, then pick ones that are good. And so many like just orange juice, a hundred percent orange juice gives you your vitamin C and a D and get, there’s so much stuff that can be there. Sometimes they’re fortified with calcium so that you could get, you know, all the stuff that you need and just one bottle of fruit juice or one bottle of fruit. There’s so other things that are really good for you in that same space is that if you’re having, um, grape juice can give you the same antioxidant qualities that wine would do because wine is just fermented grape juice. You just have the grape juice before it’s fermented and then you can drink it all day long and don’t have to worry about it being a specific time in a social setting. It could just be something you have at any point. Uh, and there’s um, cranberry juice if you have cranberry juice on a regular basis, helps to clean out your kidneys and that will help to in turn keep you from ever getting a kidney infection. Honestly, if you get a kidney infection, most times they tell you, um, here you go, drink lots of water. Have some cranberry juice, cranberry pills, take some for an actin, something, all those lines to help to keep your kidney in good health and just, you know, go forward. I wanted to talk to you also while in this season, now that we’ve talked a little bit about what you take in to make you feel well. So if you’re feeling well, you just can’t get sick. Secondarily, um, people who leave their carpets do not get them cleaned on a regular basis are leaving a, uh, an area because carpets are a waste basket. It’s, uh, one of the wastebaskets in your home and you need to empty that waste basket on a regular basis. Uh, you would easily notice it on tile. If I took it, spilled milk on the tile floor and then just left it there for awhile, then everybody knows that a certain point that milk is gonna grow legs and start to walk. Obviously that’s kind of a joke.

It’s not going to grow legs. It’s not going to walk. But I will put on some a decent amount of hair. You’ve all seen as at some point it can leave any milk based product alone for long enough. It turns into mold. Then it starts to grow up. This little white puffy hair across the top of it starts to smell just licious in a way that only somebody from another planet would think it was delicious. This is where you also have the time to trying to get into where you will enjoy what it is that you have. But what you’ve got is really something that’s not quite as enjoyable, and this is where things will sit down in your, uh, you’ll have stuff that sits down in your carpet collecting and grabbing thing that it needs and that it wants to be able to accumulate. But if you did that on your tile, you would notice that if you do it in your carpet, you may be able to go quite a while and not notice what it was until you started to smell it. Oh the smell would be delicious. It would be like you’re creating your own type of cheese right there in your house and we don’t want to have that happen. So one of the things that is a you could do to try to restore the quality of your carpet, cause remember carpet is just another waste basket and part of that waste bag that every now and then you got to empty the waste basket. Now, um, I would like to give this example. If carpet is your wastebasket, it’s the basket that holds the waste. It’s the kitchen waste basket and you will take it, put a kitchen liner in there to capture the trash. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998.

That would be your vacuum. Your vacuum is what needs to get in there and capture all the trash. You use that to suck up and capture the trash into the vacuum bag, which is like a trash bag that you put inside your kitchen, a receptacle, and then you’ll come behind that and every now and then there’ll be like, oops, I got a hole in the bag or I the bag. It doesn’t, didn’t hold what everything that was there. And this is when you need a carpet cleaning to come in and to get to clean out the waste basket itself. So we could pull out the trash bags that gets rid of the trash. But every now and then you’ve got stuff that sticks to the waste basket itself and it’s not something big over. Everything is just right there in that basket. And so you need to go through and get a thorough washing of the basket and not just eight empty of the basket. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998.

We have a lot of times like that where you just, you can just empty stuff in the back of the, turn it over to empty it and you’re like, Oh. And you shake it, you bang it, twist it, you push it and you’re like, Oh, I’m going to have to get a sponge. I’m gonna have to get some water. I’m gonna have to go through and thoroughly cleaned this waste basket out as opposed to just dump the waste basket out. And that’s where we come in because your carpet, since they are like a waste basket and that starts to get stuff that builds up in there. Now you get through it. And this is at the point where people start saying that carpet is an allergen source. Obviously we know that that’s not true because nobody is allergic to carpet. Carpet is just synthetic fibers.

If you were allergic to carpet, you would be allergic to your clothes because carpets may not have the same general synthetic fiber that your clothes are made out of. Nylon. Polyester is a pretty common thing the carpet’s made out of and so are your clothes. So it’s not that you’re allergic to your clothes, it’s that you don’t care for your carpet and the dirt and debris sits down in the carpet. And that in turn gives you a source or a bed for allergens to collect or allergens to grow. If you’ve got mold growing your carpet because you’ve not cared for it, you’re gonna probably be allergic to that mold at some point. If you’ve got pets and their pet dander is filling up and getting down into your carpet and you’ve not rinsed or cleaned out the dander in the carpet, then you’re going to be allergic to the pet dander that’s in your carpet. If you have a lot of dirt and dust, then you may be allergic to dirt and dust, which is down in your carpet. So all these things are things that happen, but they’re down in your carpet. They’re not something that you’ve done specifically to create. That environment is something that has been done onto the carpet. It’s not from the carpet. Um, and that in turn will cause you to have a, uh, issues with what it is that you’re dealing with. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 we are complete carpet.
