You need to have the capacity to, um, your equipment has to be able to have the capacity to do what it is that you’re asking from them or trying to get them to do. There was a study done where they went through and they saw the different levels of sleep, sleep deprivation that took somebody went for, I think it was like weeks or months when they went to the, like the very maximum you can go without sleep. And so, as they’re going through this study, they found that you’re a, you could tell that the different parts of your life, you can’t bank sleep. You can’t get so much sleep. That you’re good for a long, because sleep, all it will do is repair. What has already happened to you? It can’t preventatively repair something that is yet to happen. And so because of that, you need to make sure that on a regular, every day, five to six hours probably is your minimum amount of sleep you want to get every day. And if you’re getting less than that, at some point, you’re going to have to get more than that to catch up for the damage that’s done. Uh, so this part, you start to see, uh, you know, that you are having problems with your sleep. When somebody comes up to say something to you and you get really defensive, or you’re getting really agitated quickly, you no longer have patients.

So your patients has run thin your patients weren’t thin. So this will display itself and show saying that I am no longer are very irritable or next you start to really second guess or Agra agitate people run. This is one of the main reasons that you want to say, Hey, something happens. Something happened in your life. Something’s going on? And you say, you know what? Don’t make a decision on it. Now I love the old saying that said, never assume that a person’s state of being their current state of emotion is a reflection of their permanent state, of being. So that, that translated says, Hey, right now, are you well rested? And does that mean you’re going to make the same choices tonight in your tired, rested, angry state that you would in the morning when you’re rested, happy, and healthy. So make sure you’re happy and healthy.

And part of that is efficiency. So to stay on the best side of your happy and healthy, you got to get something down. You’re gonna have to do it. Sometimes you got to grit your teeth and bear it, put your shoulder down and push in and just accomplish whatever it is you need to accomplish Carpet Cleaning Tulsa.
