Another part that makes us all fordable is that we are able to schedule a set time and we come out and we’re not looking on every job to try to upsell holly. We tried in every job to upsell that we have to build in time to be able to spend more time on that job. It’s over every job that we don’t upsell. We’ve lost a job that we don’t have anything else scheduled, so we may only be able to schedule two jobs in a day or three jobs in a day, because we’re planning on spending 3 or 4 hours on every job. If we get out to the job and it’s just an intro clean and we only spend 30 minutes to an hour there, we now have to sit around twiddling our thumbs until the next job comes around, and so that’s why we upset.
We don’t set appointment windows, like the other companies. Do we set specific appointment times to where we show up and meet you, because we’ve already set up flat rate into work can be able to be able to be very efficient today, I’ve done, we get to really large homes done in a day or we getfour or five small I’m done today. Are we want to be able to continue cleaning lauderdale to continue helping customers while bill continue servicing our clients and the way that they expect us to be part of that is just making sure that we have got the right set up in the right process in the right systems in place so that we can get everybody taken care of in a timely manner. Part of the price difference with our flat rate pricing also is thatyou know to what to expect to begin with and I think that builds more confidence. The reason we can keep our prices affordables, because we have great customer to continue to use us if we had to go and get new customer for every single job and we’re having to pay to get the advertising for that particular customer, and then we always have an upsell them to try to make a profit off that picture. Customer that customer didn’t like us, because we charge them too much. Then they didn’t use us again. Then we have to pay all of the money. Try to get advertise to a new customer again, and the process just continues on just keeps it of vicious circle where we’re not making very much money off of each customer who we spent so much money trying to advertise to them, and so we really focus more on long-term customers. I want to be able to get out there and take care of you. You know over and over over say a 5 or 10 or 15 year. Where I want to be that person that takes away that fear on take away. That stress point that pain point in your life of saying i, don’t know who i, who should I call out i, don’t know if they’re going to come and do a good job.
If they’re going to come out at my bikethat’s where they said they had, somebody come out clean, the carpets and left, and if they walked in to look at the carpet, they could even tell anything had happened and I came out a week later to clean the carpets cuz.
