[00:54] One thing that I, about a decade ago, it was at a meeting and one of the people there was talking and they said, if you got paid more, would you do a better job, and I think this could be applied to everybody universally as it’s not about a specific industry or specific place. This is about just core worth that work ethic and what you want to try to accomplish and do in your life and at any point in your life is your answer to the question. If you were paid more, would you do more or would you do better work and the answer is every yes. Then you’re currently choosing to do inferior work, doing less work because you don’t feel like you’re being paid enough and this is a, I think a really important and integral part is that we don’t create a disparity in ourselves. Say that I would try harder if someone would pay me more because you’ll never get paid more if you’re not willing to try harder.
[01:48] First. We never pay people for the results of something they wish they would do. We pay them for the results of what it is that they’re doing and I think as a business, we’ve always tried to make sure that we exceed our customers’ expectations. Every time. Every time I do a job, I want it to be a five star Google review rating because I want to do such a good job that they’re just, you know, they’re amazed, but even beyond that, I want that customer to call me back again. Who Cares? I’ll make a ton of money off of one customer if they never called me back again because they’ll feel like they overpaid. They’ll feel like they didn’t get their value of their money. They stopped right then and just say, you know what? Let me do that job now. Let me do the best work that I can. This may be I’m getting paid, not getting paid. If you’re doing volunteer work, do you do you do just kind of half hat, haphazard volunteer work.
[04:51] Just kind of do part of the effort you could because you’re not making any money. This is just kind of a actually the you go out there and you make it the best, most awesome wow experiences that they’ve ever had to where they feel you know, the full emphasis of your passion and interest in something. And honestly, at the end of the day, I don’t think you could ever improve or become a better person or improve where you’re going. If everyday you’re not pushing yourself to do the best job that you possibly can, I mean you never can learn how to do something more efficient, faster, more better quality. What are your limits of your capabilities are? Unless you’re out there on a regular basis doing the best that you can, no matter what you’re being paid.
