[00:01] This is episode 74 and we’re going to talk about the importance of routine maintenance and the time involved with getting your carpets cleaned. We are complete carpet, Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998. We’d love to connect with you. I give us a call today at nine, one eight, four, nine, four, seven, zero, nine, three, and we can help get your carpets back into good shape. Again. Carpet stretching Tulsa in 1998. Has Given us 20 years of experience to be able to accurately serve and take care of your carpet. A maintenance needs for. Give us a call today. Uh, one of the things that we get asked often is approximately how long will this take now? There’s lots of different processes out there, lots of different companies and ways that they approach their service and with our particular service. And average job takes about an hour to an hour and a half.

[00:49] If you’ve got a very large home, you’ve got a large commercial area can take longer than that, but a normal carpet cleaning can take around an hour to hour and half. It depends on how good dirty the carpet’s are. We tried to take as much time every time to be able to get the carpets done the right time because if you go back, have to go back and reclaim something or do it a second time that that always takes a much longer than just the extra time that you would have done to get the carpets done right. The first time cards, Carpet stretching Tulsa us since 1998, uh, the carpet stretching process takes around 45 minutes to an hour for each room a, we’ve tried to make it as efficient and quick as possible so that we don’t keep you away from what it is you need to get done.

[01:30] But we also want to take the right amount of time and care to be able to get it done right the first time because it, one, you won’t be happy if we have to come back and do it a second time. And to, uh, we want to be able to be efficient and keep you as a lifelong customer so that you can trust us. That when we get them out there and we get it done, that is done right the first time that you can just check that off, your to do list and know that, that, that, that particular thing task has been taken care of and that you don’t have to go back and try to micromanage or keep checking on it or looking at it. You’ll be able to just get it, check it off your list and get it done. And we can get you taken care of Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998.

[02:10] We are complete carpet. Um, and one of the things that I think a lot of people on the hesitation with or not sure on is that sometimes when you’re getting something done, there’s other companies that will send a couple of guys out and they will come in, they will treat a couple of spots, they will whip the with the hoses out, clean it quickly, and then they are out of there in 15 to 20 minutes. And I’ve had many times customers will complain to me and they’ll ask, you know, how long do you typically take? And they really appreciate the fact that we take the right amount of time to get the carpets cleaned. If you’re in and out of a house in 15 minutes, there’s no physical way to have cleaned the carpets in that amount of time. Just the right to be able to.

[02:53] The time needed, the quantity of water needed to be able to thoroughly rinse those carpets just cannot happen in that short of period of time. It’s kind of like tried to wash your car. If you went to go wash your car and it took two minutes, there’s no way that you, the water sat on the carpet or the you spend enough time putting the right priest sprays on there to clean all the surface of water. It’s going to take all the services required. Even in an automatic car wash that’s built for efficiency is still going to take you, you know, three or four minutes to drive to get all the way through that whole process. Especially if you’ve got people who are out there doing my hands. So not that it needs to take a long time to get it cleaned, but there is kind of your minimum threshold of time that it needs to be able to rinse thoroughly through.

[03:32] This is also the reason why Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998, we’ve seen this so many times that almost none of our customers ever called to complain that a spot ever reappears. Whereas other customers have told me that anytime someone comes out and does a fast, quick cleaned, all the spots disappear for a day or two and then they all kind of just reappear right back. And the reason for this is that, um, let’s say that you have a huge spill, a seven up, which is a clear drink. So there’s not going to be any spot on the carpet because of the drink. The drink color is clear, there is no color to the drink. So that drink as it dries in the carpet is now going to be sticky. It’s going to be a sugary stickiness that’s all in the fiber of the carpet. Now anything that sticks to that area of the carpet, any dirt that gets there is going to stick to that sugar and so it’s going to be brown over the area and it’s going to turn into a nice big brown spot.

[04:26] Well, if I came over there to clean that spot and I did it quickly, I will quickly rinse the top dirt right off that spot and it will look clean. The problem is, is that all of the sticky seven up that you can’t see, that is sticky, that’s sitting there in the carpet. That is still there, so the next person to walk across it. The next time the Eric exone, if now going to recollect new dirt and stick to that spot. Again, kind of like a gum on a sidewalk. You could have green gum on the sidewalk, but give it a couple of days and it’s gonna. Look like black gum because now it’s stuck. All of the different things, and I could go over there, take some soap and water, clean the dirt off of that gum and leave the gum there and just a couple of days later it’s going to look black again because everything’s still sticks to that gum and so with our particular process, we go through and pretreat the carpet that helps to soften up and get those sugars back into solution and then we spend the right amount of time to thoroughly read through all the carpets so we get a nice good deep cleaning down into the carpet fibers and that way we can remove all of that sticky material so that the spots don’t immediately come back.

[05:27] Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998. We’ve seen this so many times that we’d always worked actively work to try to prevent that because we want you to have a good clean process. He won’t call us back at the carpet, don’t look good after we’ve cleaned them. And so we want them to look the best they can. And this whole wall to wall priest brain really helps to get that nice deep cleaning. Uh, not using chemicals in our water with the rinse water really helps extend the life of the car because if you’re cleaning soap with soap, then you’re going to leave soap in the carpet and the carpet’s going to get dingy faster. I’ve known carpet cleaners in the past carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998 that actually used really heavy about the soap in there, rinse water just so that there was a big layer of soap left in the carpet and it would dirty.

[06:07] The carpet’s would look dingy and dirty faster and they were trying to get their customers to call them back and use them quicker because their carpets always looked dingy and they could always come in there and clean all that dirt off of all that extra self. They’d left in the carpet. Carpet stretching Tulsa Since 1998. We are complete carpet and we’d love to connect with you. Give us a call at nine.
