Carpet Stretching Tulsa | Episode 306

00 This is episode two, 306. Uh, we’re gonna be covering this time. They have importance of having the hot water to be able to get those grease and oils out. We are complete carpet, Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998. We are a complete carbon. We love to reach you. Connect with you. Give us a call today at nine. One, eight, four, nine, four, seven, zero, nine, three. A. One of the things that’s important about getting your carpets cleaned after you’ve had them stretched is that you want to be able to have something. The warmer the water, the quicker at catalyst, the quicker things respond. Um, so for example, do you want me to clean your carpets and I’ve given this example many times, carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998 throughout the years. Um, I tell people that cleaning your carpet is a lot like washing your dishes. You can grab a plate of dried on spaghetti and throw it under some cold water and immediately try to scrub it with some dawn and it’s going to be a pretty difficult clean either you’re gonna have a hard time with it.

57 To go into an industrial kitchen and say in a large a restaurant where they have lots of plates, most service going through on a, on a high scale or they’ve got it in a entire carpet tire, dish washing machine there that just purely uses hot steam and we’ll actually steam it for 60 to 90 seconds to be able to sanitize that way. And that also just melts all of the food right off. Now our steam does not stay on the carpet long enough to be able to sanitize it. Um, it did. It would eventually ruin the back end of the carpet, but it is hot enough to quickly break down what is there. So we use both the hot water for the priests spray and then hot water for the renting side. So those dishes we’ll build a cleaned up a lot faster if you just take them and put them a little bit of hot water for about 30 to 60 seconds and let that stuff soak and it will break down the stuff that they are.

48 The other thing that he does, Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998 is heat is a catalyst. If you go back to your chemistry days when you’re working with all the different chemicals at different things, if you want a reaction to happen and he wants to happen faster than you heat it up because heat will cause molecules to move faster, creating a more friction, creating more movement, creating more breakdowns so that if you’ve got a sober, a detergent or something that’s there, uh, you heat it up a little bit and they will be able to move around quite a bit more and it will be able to dissolve in the breakdown oils and anything that has a little bit higher melting point Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998. One of the things that’s important about this is that, um, if you remembered or honestly on the just easy scale, I don’t want to get back into the deep chemistry stuff, but let’s go back to just sitting down on a cool day or maybe it’s a nice sunny warm day and you’re out there.

42 Let’s say it’s a cool day. We’ll start with a cool day and you’ve got a little bit of a chill on just enough to Kinda get your hair to stand up on end. You get a little bit of a few goosebumps kind of popping up across your arm and you’re like, Oh, if I just had something warm or maybe got a little bit of a scratchy throat, a little bit of a dry cough that you needed something a little warmer. Grab a cup of tea that you brew up a Nice Warm Hot Cup of tea and you’re like, oh, do I just want it straight? Or maybe you want a little bit sugar at it, so you take that granulated sugar and you pour it into that hot tea. As you swirl it around a little bit and you can actually be pour it slow enough.

18 You can pour it in. You’ll see the granules of sugar just to completely dissolve into the water before it even hit the bottom of the cup. And so there you’ve got that nice hot water and it helps to dissolve or get that sugar into solution almost as soon as you pour it in. Now on the opposite side, and I think we’ve all had this happen once or twice, it is a blistering hot day and you’re gonna. Make yourself some ice. And so you get yourself a nice cold, straight out of the refrigerator, glass of a plain tea, unsweetened tea. And you decide, you know what, today I want to have sweet tea. As he grabbed that same sugar and you pour it into the sweet tea and you, you kind of spin it around and move it around, but you see the majority of the bulk of that sugar will fall straight to the bottom of your cup.

01 And I’ll just sit there. On the bottom is a big clump and you’ll have to just vigorously keep stirring it around until it finally slowly dissolves into the feet. And the reason is the cold tea slows down the, uh, the dilution, that dissolving of the sugar into the liquid. Whereas a hot tea speeds up that, a reaction. And it causes it to become a part of, dissolve into the drink faster. And so you use that same principle, that same general concept for all of your dirt that’s in your carpets, Carpet stretching Tulsa is 1998. This is one of the big important things are having heat in your water is all of your oils and your sugars, all of your sticky things, whether it be a skittle or a b, some pancake syrup or a b, a, a seven up or a juice or anything that has some type of sugars to it.

50 And those sugars are, um, in the carpet, you want to get them back out of the carpet. Um, the only way to be able to get them back out of the carpet is that you’ve got to be able to get them back heated up, so to get back into solution so they can get back into the water to be able to pull it back out. If you use cold water over a sugary sticky thing, then you will leave the sugary sticky stuff there and just clean the dirt off of the sugary stickiness. Whereas I’ve used hot water, you can actually then remove the sugary stickiness and the dirt at the same time, and this is critical. This is really a big thing. That’s why you’ll have people come in and clean a spot and the spot seems to almost immediately reappear. Carpet stretching Tulsa since 1998.

32 We’ve always made sure that we do a thorough pre sprayed, soften up that sugar and those sticky stuff, and then go through and use a very hot water rents to be able to rinse out all of those sugars and dirt. That way you just, you don’t just remove the dirt off the top of the sugar, but you also removed the sugary substance below that is called tracking the dirt or causing the dirt to stick to the carpet.
