Well just take a ride with you, dampen the rag, just get a little bit wet and then go over to anywhere on the carpet in the main traffic areas or the entry and just go down and rubbed the carpet a little bit with your damp rag and if it comes up brown on your white rag or if you take your shoe off and you have your white Sox, just rub your sock against the floor and if it comes up brown than um, than the carpets hasn’t had not been cleaned or they were cleaned with an ineffective or an inferior methods. [04:30] Sometimes people claim to be good at cleaning carpets and they, in the end they just grabbed a rug doctor and tried to do it themselves. Um, and it’s not a, that was not a really good thorough process or a deep cleaning process or they didn’t use a lot of pre spray and so many companies, uh, that was just absolutely floors me that they would go out there to clean carpets and they do not use any soap.
