That one job is not where I’m going to make it. You know we’re not going to end, I’m going to be this one job, that’s it and I’m done for the year I’ve made as much money as I need to. No I’m going to do thousands of jobs, I’m going to be in front of lots of customer. The more customer that want us, that think that what I’ve done is a benefit that. They can walk away saying man, I feel like I really got what I needed done. That is my main drive, what is my purpose here. I’ve had jobs where I go out there to clean or stretch the carpet, and I will look at it and say okay. What is your purpose? What is it? Why do you need to get this area cleaned? Do you need to get this stretched as well. We just feel like it needed to be done, but we’re going to replace it with some wood floor here shortly. You know if I hear something like that I look at it we will still you know what let’s clean it. Take a look really good too much weight on that stretching. It’s always clean and sanitary with they’ll be a couple lumps, but save that couple hundred bucks and apply that towards your next carpet, and I’ll be here to clean those new carpets to when you get there, but you know right now. That’s save it for now. I got in there and I was able to restart the carpets and clean it and then all of those questions disappeared and they were able to sell it at asking price and didn’t have to make a big deduction or bring the price way down because everyone that walked in it was asking for a carpet allowance. They no longer thought it was needed because the carpets looked good again. So sometimes I can save people you lots of amount of money by I doing the right thing other times. I can save them equity and good faith in what they’re doing because they know that I will give them the right option, the right recommendation for the service regardless of when I’m going to make off of that job. Or someone that has found their dream home, they really like the house and want to buy it. But they can’t afford to buy the home and then also replace all the carpets throughout the entire house. We are able to get in there and restretch and clean the carpets and allow them to get another 5 years of life out of those carpets so they could get that dream home they really wanted at a price they could afford. Other times I’ve helped people that are trying to sell their home by recommending they replace certain rooms of carpet instead of putting money into them repairing them.
