Ep 39 Complete Carpet Podcast | Carpet Cleaning Tulsa
Continuing on the topic of frequently asked questions. Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 we’ve had lots of questions asked of us. We covered the number one question I get asked, how often should I get my carpets cleaned. The second is are these the dirtiest carpets you have ever seen now. This is normal question. I think most people feel embarrassed that their carpets are dirty. I always respond with reassurance that if the carpets weren’t dirty then I wouldn’t have a job to do, I would have no purpose to be there in their house if they had nice fresh perfectly clean carpets. I say that all the carpets are always dirty, and that’s honestly what gives me purpose. I guess to me it’s something that I can do to be able to get make a difference in this person’s life to be able to bring a better quality of life and bring a good service to them. The only way I can is that their carpets are dirty. Carpet cleaning Tulsa and surrounding communities since 1998, we are Complete Carpet. Did one job where we came in to clean the carpets and they had not been cleaned in over 8 years by anybody. Anything? Yes I do not believe they’d even been vacuumed, all of the carpets were almost black now. I got the carpets looking good, but sometimes as good as you can get the carpets is more of a relative good. You know for her it was a question of should I replace the carpets or can I get them clean enough that they will pass inspection and I will be okay. Well we got them clean enough, and they were able to pass the inspection. With no regular schedules of every couple of years getting the carpets cleaned it’s not supposed to every six to eight years. I’ve also had ones where the carpets were just marginally dirty and they just came out perfectly clean. And other times that they were extremely dirty, and they come back to good and passable. One thing to remember with carpet is that it is a dyeable fabric. So if I took black hair dye, and I spilled it across the carpet, as clean as I could get the carpet it, with all the chemicals I can use so that it’s going to be absolutely clean fresh carpet, but it will still be black because it will change color. It’s not tan carpet that is dirty, it’s fresh and clean black carpet now because it’s been dyed to another color. So anything that’s got dies in it anything that has food coloring in it like mustard or kool-aid or a lot of your kids drinks, and even some of the power aids or the code red Mountain Dew, they can alter the physical color of the carpet. When you get the carpet very clean there are still going to be a different colored carpet then the rest of the carpet. Continue with the topic of ideas dirtiest carpet you have ever seen we get a follow up question I get on the phone a lot as we’re trying to ascertain what specifically needs to be done with the carpets this customer’s house is. Can you guarantee that this specific stain will come out? We are complete carpet, we’ve been carpet cleaning Tulsa and the surrounding communities since 1998. I’d love to talk with you and connect with you at 918-494-7093 or online at www.CompleteCarpetTulsa.com or on Facebook @completecarpet or www.facebook.com/completecarpet. Back to the question. My response to that question can you guarantee that you can get a spot out is? Unfortunately No… I would love to make sure I can find just the right combination of events that I can make every single spot and in every single carpet come out. If I found this secret sauce to do that, I would definitely have a 100% money back guarantee that we will always get all spots out. But I can’t promise you that if it can not be gotten out. We will give it our best shot to try and clean every spot out. With our flat rate cleaning pricing system you don’t have to worry that we’re going to charge you for each spot that we try to get out you just pay one flat rate. If we can get the spots out or if we just try to get them out, it’s all included in the price. So I’m not going to charge you $50 to try to clean a spot and if I can’t claim that you still owe me $50 anyway because we don’t charge per spot. There is a flat rate to get your carpets clean and we will try with every single one of those spots to try to get each spot out. We will give it our best efforts, but some spots are just permanent unfortunately, like red Kool-aid is probably one of the bigger culprits, or yellow mustard is real bad about this. Like paint if some paint gets spilled onto the carpet, my dad used to always jokingly say that paint can be rinsed out with water while, it’s wet but once it’s dry the manufacture will give it a 10 year warranty. So some things if you can get on it right away and get as much as you can soak up and get out of it you’ll have the highest chance to remove it. Now we’ve been able to clean lots of stuff out of carpets, as it happens we’ve got some great before and after pictures.
