Today we are talking about what the whole process looks like. What will happen, what can you expect from start to finish. So the first part of the process is that you will give us a call and we will set up an appointment. We are going to find out what it is that you need to get done, and what time it is that we could do that for you. What is your time frame, will it be this week or next. What time of day are you looking to get that accomplished and then we will set up that appointment. We will put that in our scheduling software and you should receive notification of that appointment being set up. We don’t want you to spend half a day waiting for us to come to get you taken care of. We want you to know that we will be there at a specific time and you know that there’s a specific window of time that we will have to get you taken care of. So that you are not just guessing, do I need to take a whole day off to just randomly wait for someone to come and take care of it? You will know exactly when it will be and you know how long it should take so that you can plan your day. The next part of the processes we will head out at the time that we’ve agreed to and come to get you taken care of. We will come up to the door, we will be in uniform, we will have our name on a shirt, it will be tucked in with a belt on and be ready to get you taken care of. First thing we do when we come to a job is that we want to do a walk-through. You are the person who knows the most about the carpet and the spots throughout your house. You will be able to give us the most accurate view of what it is that we can do to help you get these carpets back into good shape. Here at complete carpet we’ve been carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 and we’ve run into many different circumstances and different kinds of carpet cleaning process that are needed to clean your carpets. The best way we found to know what each house needs is to do a walkthrough with the owner who has already been there, knows what to expect, knows where all of the trouble spots are in the house. After our walk through we will then go out to the van and mix up the appropriate chemical for what we’ve seen in the house. If you’ve got a heavier concentration of pets in the house then we will mix up a chemical batch that will have more stuff for pets to help to break up those oils to help neutralize the the body oils throughout the house. If you have more kids we will make sure we have something that’s going to have a little bit more detergent to it. If there’s a heavy kitchen oil present, or you have got a mechanic in the house, there’s just lots of just general debris and dirt we will mix up a different type of chemical depending on what it is we see. We also grab whatever spotters we need to be able to address the unique or specific stains like coffee, tea or wine. The next part of the process is to pull out all of the hoses from the machine. We run a large truck mounted unit from the van. It takes up the back end of the van and has a 35 horsepower motor to run the entire machine. It produces over 200 degrees of hot water and can run two different wants at the same time. It’s a very strong, powerful machine and that’s why we can get a really thorough deep cleaning each time. Here at Complete Carpet we’ve been carpet cleaning Tulsa and surrounding community since 1998 and I have found that the best way to get carpets cleaned is to start with the best equipment and keep that equipment in good maintenance so it’s always in good working order. After pulling the hoses out we will then start with a wall to wall prespray over any carpet we’re going to clean. We don’t just prespray the spots that need to be cleaned, we prespray all of the carpet because any spot that has been stepped on has now moved to anywhere that that foot walked. Each step after that is moving that spot to a new area and we want to make sure that we get all of the carpet clean not just the small traffic areas or the spots, we try to get every every open area cleaned for you. We then go through and use a hot water extraction rinse to rinse out all of the chemical that we’ve used and all the debris in the carpet. We work our way from the back of the house towards the front so that we don’t leave any area untouched. It leaves a nice clean good look to the carpet as we go back out the front door.
