Speaker 1: (06:32)
Podcast podcast number two. What do we go? Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998. We are Complete Carpet.  How are we going to continue on from here about learning about your, uh, what you can do to get those reoccurring spots. We talked before about the recurrence spot that happens down in the Patty that seems to absorb down and you want to try and get it back out. And now that it’s in the Patty and every time you step on it, it kind of squishes back up. Now the second time type of step a spot, they seems like it keeps coming back in the spot that doesn’t fully get cleaned. Nine times out of 10, this is because the spot is not something that itself that is visible. Vice build seven up. Or if I spilled a Oh, just like some sugary water, or if I spilled a uh, uh, Sprite, uh, maybe one of those, uh, uh, sparkling water drinks.

Speaker 1: (07:18)
Uh, there’s lots of different drinks that themselves, they don’t really have any color. Um, Apple juice is a good example. It doesn’t really have much color too. It’s kind of about as with a light golden yellow color and when it dries, you don’t see much there, but it is sugary and sticky and that is the part that you end up having to deal with is the fact that it’s, it’s sugary and sticky. Now you might absorbed up all of the stuff. We all had this happen at one point in our time and we’ll, we’ll come into the kitchen and you’ll look around and be like, okay, uh, who spilled the orange juice and everyone’s like, right, it wasn’t me there. There’s no orange juice here. I have not seen any orange juice, and you’re like, yes, it’s clearly there is orange juice here because I can one, I can smell it. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998.

Speaker 1: (07:55)
It still smells like orange juice and two, every time I take a step across the floor, it gives this kind of tacky sticky smack sound from each step that I make and this happens often. We’ve all had this happen at some point where you’ll have a sugary drink spill, you’ll grab a paper towel, you’ll wipe it all up and you’re like, Oh, looks good. I’ve wiped it all up and when reality is right below now you’ve got a really sticky sugary mess. Now every time someone walks across it, it sticks and it got this tacky feeling. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998. The next day he realized I did not thoroughly rent it out and trying to get it after it’s dried to come back off. It’s very difficult because sugars and salts are um, they do dissolve into water but they do it into hot water better. Otherwise you need a copious amount of water on a cold water to try to get that spot to break down and fully come out of the carpet.

Carpet cleaning Tulsa since 1998 we are complete carpet, carpet DMCs your clean today, a carpet cleaning Tulsa is in our fiber. We’d love to get you on the road. Who your best, enjoyable carpets you’ve had and one of the things that we can do to help with that is to make sure that we get the spots out the first time. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998. That is our goal. And do we address spots like this where there is something there? What you’re running into is that the spot itself is sticking as sticky and so dirt is sticking to it. It itself, the spot is not dirty but it is sticky. A residue of tape can do this. There’s lots of different items that can get on your carpet that can cause it to be now tacky and sticky. You’ve tried to clean it up, but you’ve left just enough stickiness.

Speaker 1: (09:25)
Now it turns Brown. Another thing that actually will do this to you is soap. The residue from soap. You’ll come in and use some spot shot or resolve or a rug doctor, carpet cleaning, chemicals you use summed up a chemical and when you get into your cleaning the spot and you do a good job, you break the spot down, you get all the dirt out and it’s like, yes, victory when we’ve done it. This is a wonderful scenario of nice clean carpets that are now gloriously seen will all such a lovely day and you would come back and say, wait a second. Now that I’ve gotten this clean, is it truly clean? And in a week or two later, all of a sudden it seems like the spot comes right back when reality is the spot is still gone. It’s just that a week or two later, enough people have walked across it or enough dust or air has blown that.

Speaker 1: (10:07)
Now it is sticking to it again. You’re like, Oh, so gummy, so sticky, so deliciously awful. And now it’s getting dirty and grimy, not because it is emitting dirt. It’s because as people walk by, you want to reach out and touch. Somebody will reach out and grab the dirt right off the bottom of your shoe and it sticks it to the carpet, to the stickiness of the carpet, and this in turn creates a layer. So you’ll come in and you try to clean it and boom, almost instantly all the dirt comes right off the top of it and you’re like, wow, that was really, really easy to clean. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998. Well, if it’s really easy to clean, that means it’s really easy that it’s going to come back again. And these are some of those reappearing spot. Joel, lean it, go thinks it looks good, and then it just boom, it pops right back and you clean the dirt off of the stickiness without removing the stickiness.

Speaker 1: (10:48)
A good example of this in a different Ram a way is if you take a green gum, put it out on a sidewalk, that green gum and one week from now will be what color, like in all the gin, genuinely agree that this is going to be black gum at the end of the week because all of the dirt and grime and dust and stuff from the road will have gone in there. So let’s say I take a pressure washer and I spray off the dirt, clean the gun. You now have green gum again, and as you go through, if you leave it there, it will still be sticky. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998. So all the dirt and debris will stick back into the gum again and you will end up with black gum. The gum itself is not black. It is the dirt and the grime from the road that is sticking to the gum.

Speaker 1: (11:27)
And this would cause a, the gum to look black when really it is just a, um, it’s just the dirt sticking in to the gum itself. No matter how many times you clean it until you remove the gum, the it will still turn into a black spot again, even though the gum itself is not black. That is because of all the dirt that is sticking to and connect with collecting audit, Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998. we are complete carpet.
