Okay. Cleaning trails, Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998.  we are complete carpet. Give us a call today @ 918-494-7093 or on the web at www.completecarpettulsa.com that’s complete carpet, tulsa.com and today I want to talk to you about tile cleaning. Cleaning your tile is a fairly simple matter and it’s more about the physical exertion into getting it done than it is these specifics of the technicality of it. But it is definitely one of those things you need to have done once every, well, some of our customers do it on a regular basis, some as far as the needle, two or half to do it. I’d say it’s somewhere in the three to five year Mark. This is because when you’re tile cleaning, um, you go through and you’ll just say, let’s go, let’s just do step by step for a regular standard talk. Tulsa’s highest and most reviewed carpet cleaner. Man, I know that you already know how that works, but we’ll just go over it for argument’s sake so you can understand the steps and where it ends up leading up to the grout that gets kind of beaten down or dirty.

Speaker 1: (01:04)
Uh, you first start off with a sweep. We’re gonna get the large debris off the tile. Secondarily, you want to try to get in and now rub or wipe off, treat the spots that are, look like they’re more sticky or dark. And most of the time by doing this we dilute it. So we’ll get a small area, we’ll take a sponge, we rub it across the ketchup that was on there, we wipe up some of it and the remainder of it just kind of sits there and dries out. It’s now spread out over one full tile as opposed to one little spot. And then we get it. Grab our mop solution. Mop solution will be, you know, a a half a cup of something into a gallon of water, whatever your preferred mop solution is, mr clean or, or blower. Uh, you know, different products that you can use to clean your tile with. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998.

Speaker 1: (01:46)
And then we take that solution, but our mob and, and then we rub that around the car. Uh, the tile. And as we’re rubbing along, we’re doing, we’re mixing down all the dirt that’s on the tile, but there’s not an extraction side. So what we’re doing is really diluting the stuff that’s already there, thinning it out. Cause now we’ve mixed it with a half a gallon of water and then spreading it out. Now we’ll come back. Sometimes people will come back into a clean mop. So most of the time you’re relying on the mop itself to absorb the dirt, the debris. Tulsa’s highest and most reviewed carpet cleaner. So the mop water gets it wet and dissolved into solution. And then the mop itself is the part that will recapture all of the dirt and get it off the ground. Uh, so now that we know we’ve broken down the dirt, we’ve diluted it into water and then we’ve absorbed some of it back into the mob and then we’ll take them off and we rented off it.

Speaker 1: (02:35)
And you can tell from the mop water that you’re mopping up and you rinse out that it’s dirty water. So you know that you’re doing something, you’re accomplishing something, this, you’ve gotten that water dirty, you’ve mixed it up on the ground, and then you’re absorbing some of it with your mop and then renting that out. Now, uh, some people, they just stop right there. They’ve done a mop, they’ve averaged around, it, dries, it, looks pretty good. And so they think that they’re finished. Um, other people will go the next step and say, okay, I have now broken down the dirt. I have absorbed as much of it as I can. Now I need to rinse off the remaining dirt. So they’ll do a clean mop. So you take the half a gallon of soapy water that you’ve used that’s down and spread around, and you’ve kind of taken, absorb what you can and rinsed out the dirt.

Speaker 1: (03:15)
Now you take a half a gallon of clean water, so you’re taking everything that’s on the ground and you’re cutting it in half for lack of better terms. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998.  You now diluting the dirty water. It’s on the soapy dirty water. It’s on the floor. Now becomes cut in half and now it’s half is dirty and half is soapy, but it’s still there. Tulsa’s highest and most reviewed carpet cleaner.  And when it dries, the remaining dirt and the remaining so it dries into the grout lines and onto the faces of the tile. And the face of the tile is a glazed surface so it doesn’t absorb any moisture. Whereas the grout lines are unsanded concrete and they can’t absorb moisture. So it’ll kind of absorb that dirty water drain down to the size cause most tiles are high in the middle and they slope on the sides to the valleys, which are the grout lines. So once you have gotten that to be drained off to the sides, now it will dry there and now you can get a dirty kind of a dirty soapy mixture that dries into the ground lines.

Speaker 1: (04:12)
Now this is similar to the water that you rinsed out into your sink from your mom. That same water, obviously you took that water off the floor to rinse out into the same, the remainder of that water is in the grout lines. Now one time’s not that big a deal because you’ve diluted it with at this point, half a gallon to a gallon of water and you’ve broken it down with a soap. Tulsa’s Carpet Cleaner since 1998.  And so it’s actually a fairly low thin thing that does not have a huge amount of dirt. But ma number two will build on month number one, mob number three builds and bump number two and etcetera until you get to 10, 15, 20 mops in. And now there’s a pretty good dried in sticky residue on the ground lines from all of the tile cleaning that you’ve done before. And it’s kind of built up a sort, sorta like the, uh, the debris underneath the young little kid’s bed where he’s just kind of come in and he stopped everything under there to uh, hide it or clean it.
