And then every place around the kitchen will eventually just become a sticky mess. We’ve all been to some place that’s similar like that we’ve been to a restaurant where they just don’t care for their floors properly and you walk in, there’s a, a slippery feel, a slimy feel, and a slightly sticky feel to the flooring all throughout the place because they let the oil and grease, they didn’t come in there with the intention. I’m going to cover this entire flooring with oil and grease. Tulsa’s carpet cleaner since 1998. They just let one spill get away from them. And now all of the floors covered in oil and grease. So we’ve had quite a few times we’ll come in to try to help a restaurant, uh, restore their image and the carpets are a big part of that image. And as we go through, we start to clean the carpets, we realized, Oh the uh, these carpets have not been maintained.

Speaker 1: (11:19)
They are not. You do not have black carpets in this, in this restaurant, in this fine dining establishment. You are not going for a nice Nawar look, you’re not going for this dark, rich chocolate covered carpet. This was a light tan. It has just been that long since you had your carpet clean that the light can no longer is light tan. It is now a nice chocolate Brown. It is almost a black because you know that that was the potential carpet color previously and now that it has changed, you now think how long have you let this go because  Tulsa’s highest and most reviewed carpet cleaner.

it didn’t just come in there and cover all the floors in a uh, a dark thick layer of dirt. It didn’t happen at one time. It happened out of the kitchen. New give you the general thing for restaurants. We’ve done so many restaurants. I can generally give you the, the flow of the restaurant will dictate where the dirt comes from. Tulsa’s carpet cleaner since 1998. But nine times out of 10, it almost always, always, always starts at the kitchen. The kitchen is where the waiters come out and something in the kitchen. Hap films, if you want to try to solve the majority of the dirt in your restaurant, if you want to try and make a big difference to your restaurants feel and look a start with this big super pro tip is um, cleaned those kitchen floors and have mats in there. Knock off all the oil and dirt off of people’s feet before they come into where the customers are because that is the main source of dirt and grease is your waitstaff, is all of the people in back in the kitchen ready back there, grabbing something and somebody has a plate that spills and whatever spills drops onto the floor and now you’ve got one source that all of your waitstaff is walking around and walking through and uh, the, uh, that source is back in the kitchen and everybody has to walk through it.  Tulsa’s highest and most reviewed carpet cleaner.

There is a spill at the doors that comes in and out. Then that means that every part of your whole entire restaurant is going to get covered in that spill. And you say, why would that spill spread to all the rest of my restaurant? This is very simple because every person that is going to have their food at their table or the food is going to have to be expressed out to them by your wait staff and their wait staff will have to walk through between the doors of the kitchen into the dining area and they will walk through that dirt, get it on their shoes and then they will walk all over the rest of your restaurant and your customers do not travel all over the restaurant. They walk from the front of your door to their table and then they sit there for the rest of the time. Tulsa’s carpet cleaner since 1998. So how has dirt just perpetually getting propagated all the way around throughout your restaurant? It is your wait staff that’s doing it. So you’ve got to clean that kitchen. You’ve got to be a just almost like a military like precision saying that if anything happens in here, we don’t just walk over. Somebody has got to do something to clean it up as fast as humanly possible because then we will have a,

Speaker 2: (14:12)
then we will be able to keep it from continuing to spread. Otherwise you will have a cacophony, a train wreck, so to speak, as the all of the, uh, carpet gets covered in the grease from the kitchen because each of your waitstaff walks through steps on it, goes through all over that area over and over and over again. So if you just take and keep that just with the like almost a religious fervor, keep and take your kitchen and keep all the spills and stuff that’s there and clean it up as fast as possible. Now your waitstaff is not taking all of that dirt, any spill that happens in there and not going through and transferring it and perpetuating it throughout the rest of your restaurant. This will, I’ve helped so many restaurants to make this one small shift, this small leap in huge quality difference in change because once you get this, uh, down, you now slow down or stop the progress.  Tulsa’s highest and most reviewed carpet cleaner. Now this also can be done with mats and I recommend, here’s a great pro tip for all of those out there. Listening is if you take, especially in a commercial space and there are services out there, obviously you can have us come out and clean your carpets, but there are services they’ll come out and pick up and drop off and launder your, um, an entry. Um, Matt’s now make sure that mats, again as we’re talking about through this thing, uh, mats, what did their form and function, they are a wastebasket. Their portable wastebaskets, their fluffy waste backs on the Florida captured on the floor to hold it one space so it doesn’t go out everywhere. And so if you could only get one space, one rug, and every time your teenage daughter puts her makeup on, it could all fall only on that one rug.
