We finish our Carpet Diem podcast series on traffic paths of dirt. Tulsa’s carpet cleaner since 1998. We are Complete Carpet. The over arching idea is that once you know how something spreads you will understand what is needed to control it. If you don’t know where the leak is coming from you will just keep soaking up the water. But if you can stop the leak then you won’t need to keep soaking up the water. That is what we want you to be able to do. Know how and where dirt is entering your home so that you can reduce those points and in turn the rest of your home will stay much more clean.

You would save all the rest of your house. Uh, because we’ve all had at least once where somebody comes in and they do something, they come in and they, uh, uh, they come into an area and they step in a greasy spot or Oh, heaven’s forbid, please. Hopefully this never happens to anyone out there, but you are walking in from outside and you step on a landmine. Now. When my lead mind, I do not mean that you lost your foot, that there is actual explosives. I’m talking about a stinky explosion left by a friendly pet that decided to leave you a gift. They wanted to leave you a not just a gift because a regular gift you would know about there would be, here is my gift and you have the opportunity to either accept the gift or to reject the gift, but in this particular case, this is a super gift. This is the gift that keeps on giving. This is the gift. That is a surprise gift. You do not realize you have received this gift and to other people may comment to you, but you, you, you walk up to them and you, you can tell when this happens, when you received this gift from your pet, you will. This is, these are the steps that you will know to identify, self-identify that this gift has been given to you because you will walk up to somebody and they will look at you and their head kind of T tilt just a little bit to the side and their nose wrinkles. Just a little bit. And they kind of do that little like, uh, outward breath. Just kind of just got, Oh Hmm. Oh, Whoa, wow. Um Hmm man. Uh, you know, I can tell you we’re heading my way. And you’re like, wow, really? You knew I was coming before I got here? And they say, Oh yeah, I could definitely sense. I could feel I could smell a presence coming this direction. And um, and I believe it was you because of the smell that was coming from your shoe and you’re like, what smell from my, Oh my. Oh, that’s cool. Oh wow. And that’s any, of course now you’ve got to clean your shoe because you’ve stepped in that present, that super secret, present that there Pat had left for you outside. And now that you’ve stepped in that you are not carrying that around. Now you stop and you think, Oh no. [inaudible] Oh no. Oh my goodness. What has happened where at what point did, did I pick up this special present onto my shoe and where have I traveled since then? And you start retracing your steps and realize there is a about a three foot long Pat path between each imprint because it’s on your right shoe. Tulsa’s carpet cleaner since 1998.

And every time you step your right, she would step left shoe steps and you move your right foot forward about three, two to three feet and it steps again. And so you see, you could tell all throughout the house exactly where you’ve stepped. Now there’s these, uh, contaminated spots, littering all throughout your, uh, living space. And now it all has a beautiful aroma that has been accentuated from your pet outside. And so this is where you want to try to find things, to capture that scent, to capture that aroma and to make sure that you keep it in its proper place. Uh, that’s what rugs can do for you.
